My kids loved our stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama! The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the hotel's location made it very convenient to get to Maihama Station and the Disney parks. The only area for improvement is the breakfast checkout process. I had already paid with a breakfast voucher at the entrance, but when I was leaving, a staff member seemed confused and asked me to pay again. It was eventually sorted out, but a smoother system would make the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to families visiting Tokyo Disney Resort.

Very nice hotel with an impressive atrium and the room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities included including pajamas! We booked the Rainbow Standard Room, 7-10 floor for 3 people and had the dinner buffet at the restaurant in the hotel which was very nice. There's also a Lawson's inside the Hilton Hotel across the street for snacks. Booked this for one night to avoid riding 1 hour from Tokyo early in the morning to line up for DisneySea - best decision I made on our Japan trip. If there was one thing to complain about, it's that the swimming pool has a fee (5000 yen/day) to use but this might be common in Japan. Overall, a great overnight stay at a great hotel.

From the very beginning the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable the location is pretty close 4 minute walk to the Bayside station which connects you to IKSPIARI , Disneyland Tokyo, Disney Sea. I think the only downfall is not enough food options location to eat besides only from the convenience stores or only eating buffet style which can be really pricey

We loved the grand lobby and glass elevators — the hotel felt elegant and almost fairy tale-inspired. The staff spoke decent English and were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were very thoughtful, including pajamas and skincare items for guests. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Japanese and international options, and our toddler especially loved the kid-friendly buffet layout. The hotel is very family-oriented and convenient for visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. The hotel did not seem as well-maintained as expected for a relatively newer property. We noticed small paint scratches and signs of wear on some doors and walls, including areas behind reception. These were minor issues but slightly affected the luxurious feel of the hotel. A plus if lotion was included with skincare amenities. Beautiful, family-friendly hotel with excellent amenities, spacious rooms, and fantastic breakfast buffet. Great stay overall with minor maintenance concerns.

a very nice hotel near disney attraction..with shuttle service to maihama and bay station. transfer from airport is convenient because airport limousine bus stop here. all the staff we met during our stay are friendly and nice. the room is nice and quite big. very recommended. thank you nikko for a very nice experience, we hope to see you again 🩷❤️

Room was big and complete with toiletries/essentials which they also replenish every time you request for cleaning. It’s a bit far from DisneyLand and DisneySea but the free shuttle service to and from Bayside station was pretty convenient so location was not an issue. Breakfast was great, staff were really nice and hotel was always clean. Good to come home and enjoy the quiet view of the bay after a jam packed day at DisneyLand.
