very near to the shinjuku attractions and tourist spots. there's a lot of restaurant nearby and convenient stores, claw machines and gachapon you won't feel bored specially they are open till late at night. there's an everyday event at the front of the hotel during our time when we visit last july but it's not that loud inside the hotel you can still relax in your room. the room is small but you can put your luggages under your bed. they give fresh towels and toiletries everyday. they left it at your door. i'm amazed by their security controllers at the lobby, i haven't seen them sitting down or using their phone while on duty, very professional! onsen at the top floor is very spacious. one thing i wish they can improved is their washing machine and dryer, i hope they can provide more of this because in the female room they only have one washer and dryer. the waiting time for both is 2hrs per person. after all, it's still a great stay.

great price for value. you get what you expect, which is a very conveniently located room that is quite small. they do provide space for luggage under the bed which is very helpful. there is an onsen on the top floor. but no tattoos allowed.

You are in the middle of Tokyo, that’s what it feels like anyways lol! Great location to access public transport easily but good to keep in mind it’s a place that lives its best life at night, so if you have an early morning and don’t like background noise I’d prepare for that. Otherwise affordable, clean, great amenities, and friendly staff!

Pretty good experience. I had a last minute change of plans and the staff were kind enough to put all my reservations under one room so I didn’t have to move all my things to a different room and do the check in/check out process again. It had all the amenities I needed. Excellent service overall.
