Excellent operator. Pick up at the hotel on time. Driver Moose, fluent in English and very communicative. The car was very comfortable, a Mercedes. Visited all the places on the itinerary. The scenery in Alishan was truly beautiful. Moose told us about good photo spots and helped take pictures; the results were amazing. This tour does not include Alishan entrance tickets and train tickets. These can be purchased on Klook. Highly recommend this operator. And with Klook, everything becomes easy.

I had a wonderful experience on this Alishan day tour. The entire trip was very well organized, from the transportation to the itinerary. Even though it was a day tour, we were able to see the main highlights and take plenty of photos. I had known about Alicia for many years, and visiting it was one of the main reasons I chose to stay in Taichung instead of Taipei during this trip. I booked this tour with high expectations, and it became one of the most memorable experiences of my journey. I joined the tour with Alicia, and she is truly one of the best guides I have ever met. Although I am Korean, communication with her was easier and more comfortable than with many Korean guides I have met before. She kindly answered even my small questions and always tried to help. As a person who loves nature, I especially appreciated the time she spent introducing the forests and natural environment of Alishan. Her explanations made the trip much more meaningful and enjoyable. If I visit Alishan again in the future, Alicia would definitely be the guide I want to meet again. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to truly experience the beauty of Alishan❤️❤️❤️

Dunken is super great! His introductions to the attractions are detailed, and he even provides tips for taking photos at popular spots. The experience was perfect! Dunken is witty and humorous, took care of everyone along the way, and his explanations of the sights were full of valuable information. Our trip was worry-free and enjoyable.

Our tour guide, Alicia, was very helpful and accommodating throughout our trip. She offered to take pictures for us, and they're all Instagram-worthy shots, haha. Frequent bathroom breaks were also granted for our group!
