Excellent operator. Picked up at the hotel on time. The driver, Moose, spoke fluent English and was very communicative. The car was very comfortable, a Mercedes. We visited all the places on the itinerary. The scenery in Alishan was truly beautiful. Moose showed us good photo spots and helped take pictures; the results were amazing. This tour does not include Alishan entrance tickets or train tickets. These can be purchased on Klook. I highly recommend this operator. And with Klook, everything is easy.

I had a wonderful experience on this Alishan day tour. The entire trip was very well organized, from the transportation to the itinerary. The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the journey. The scenery in Alishan was absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful forests, giant ancient trees, and stunning mountain views. The transportation was comfortable and punctual, which made the long trip enjoyable. I also appreciated the guide’s explanations about the history and culture of the area. Even though it was a day tour, we were able to see the main highlights and take plenty of photos. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Taiwan who wants a hassle-free way to experience the beauty of Alishan. our tour guide Steve really did an excellent job i must say and he is very professional. We had a road hurdle during the trip but he pulled it off and we were able to finish the trip! it was really worth it and he even became our free tour guide inside the Alishan forest with free hike 🤣 experience.

I booked this tour with high expectations, and it became one of the most memorable experiences of my journey. I joined the tour with Alicia, and she is truly one of the best guides I have ever met. Although I am Korean, communication with her was easier and more comfortable than with many Korean guides I have met before. She kindly answered even my small questions and always tried to help. As a person who loves nature, I especially appreciated the time she spent introducing the forests and natural environment of Alishan. Her explanations made the trip much more meaningful and enjoyable. If I visit Alicia again in the future, Alicia would definitely be the guide I want to meet again. Dunken was absolutely wonderful! He provided detailed explanations of the attractions and even shared tips for taking great photos. The experience was perfect! Dunken was witty and humorous, taking care of everyone throughout the trip. His explanations of the sights were full of valuable information, making our outing stress-free and enjoyable.

Our tour guide, Alicia, was very helpful and accomodating throughout our trip. She offered to take pictures for us, and they're all IG worthy shots haha frequent bathroom breaks were also granted for our group!

Love this tour! Our guide Alisa is very friendly and passionate, especially for her songs. Highly recommend!
