The children had a great time, and while the old street didn't seem very crowded, it was inspiring to see people still working hard to revitalize the area, which made me want to support them. The staff were all very friendly. Even though it was raining, the kids had a lot of fun and were excited to share their experiences when we got home. Parking nearby was quite convenient, making it a great place to take children for an experience.

We traveled on the day Super Typhoon Bavi was affecting Taiwan, so we were very grateful that our Taiwan High Speed Rail trip still operated safely and wasn't canceled. It gave us peace of mind and allowed us to continue our travel plans without major disruptions.

Service: 115.4.11 This trip was specifically to attend the banquet hosted by Director's Tea Eggs. Since I needed to get around Tainan, I booked a scooter well in advance through Klook and this company, Starting Point. I picked up the scooter directly from their shop after getting off the train, and it was great to be able to head out and start my itinerary right away.
Vehicle Condition: The scooter was very clean overall. There might have been a few minor scratches on the exterior, but it's always a good idea to record a video and take photos before riding for your own protection, just in case there's a dispute. Personally, I really like the service at this rental shop; the scooter was quite fuel-efficient and had plenty of power.

I would give the travel agency a solid 10 out of 10. From airport transfers to communication, the drivers were very polite and friendly. They provide detailed guidance just in case you are unsure, which I found to be truly fantastic. This includes the coordination of flights and ferry schedules—they even replied to me after business hours (at that time, I happened to purchase the tickets on a Saturday for a Monday trip), and handled everything thoughtfully.
