- There are no short-distance tickets for this route. For Kaohsiung to Tainan, passengers can only get off; for Tainan to Kaohsiung, passengers can only get on. Tickets cannot be used on subsequent days, and refunds will not be provided.
- If you are unable to catch the bus after it departs on the same day, you can take the next bus when there is space, and no refunds will be issued.
- This platform does not currently sell departures at 00:00 daily. If you need this time slot, please refer to the product information website. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

- When passengers want to bring pets on this shuttle bus, the pet cage they carry must be made of solid hard plastic material that complies with IATA specifications (pet cage style for international air travel). The maximum external height of the pet cage must not exceed 70 centimeters (CM). . The maximum external width of the pet cage shall not exceed 90 centimeters (CM). In addition, our company accepts passengers bringing service dogs, such as guide dogs, etc. The dogs must be kept on a leash during the ride and kept at the feet of the passengers throughout the journey. However, these dogs do not need to comply with the IATA regulations (Pet Cage Style for International Air Travel).
- Passengers can bring bicycles on board. According to the regulations on carry-on items (the length of each item shall not exceed 150 cm, the sum of length, width and height shall not exceed 220 cm, and the total weight shall not exceed 40 kg), the bicycle must be folded in accordance with the above After size, store in car bag *The bus cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

I won't be there exactly at 3 o'clock; I'll need to go earlier to wait. It was quite cold in the evening, and the seats weren't very full. We arrived safely at Siaogang Airport.
It's very convenient; it takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to Kaohsiung International Airport from the transfer station.
I'm glad I bought it in advance; it gave me peace of mind and was a bit cheaper! When boarding, all you have to do is scan the QR code on your voucher at the machine next to the driver. With few flights, I relaxed for a while in the airport arrival lobby. The 9 AM Sunday flight was surprisingly a private charter for one person! We passed through Tainan Airport Air Force Base and arrived at the bus terminal in 75 minutes. A direct airport transfer is truly convenient.
