Nossa guia turístico, Alicia, foi muito compreensiva e atenciosa com aqueles que não conseguiam andar rápido. O passeio inteiro foi fácil e sem complicações. Pudimos até pedir nosso almoço através dela, e ela também cuidou de comprar nossos bilhetes de trem. As vistas eram absolutamente deslumbrantes! Meus joelhos definitivamente sofreram um pouco, mas ainda assim consegui aproveitar a viagem. ❤️

Moose picked us up directly from our hotel, which was so convenient and easy. His driving was incredibly smooth and comfortable—we ended up sleeping like babies on the way! Thank you, Moose, for taking such memorable photos for us and explaining everything so clearly in English. ​Our tour group members were also super sweet and friendly, so we could fully enjoy the peaceful nature without any noise or discomfort. I would love to visit Taiwan again around April when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom! Thank you so much for your great sense of humor and making us laugh throughout the trip. The Alishan trip was absolutely fantastic! 🌟👏 The "sacred trees" of Alishan are a breathtaking sight, having stood for thousands of years. These towering "sacred trees" stand silently in the primeval forest; some of these giant red cypresses are over 2,000 years old, earning them the title of "living history textbooks." Being there felt like stepping into another world, like a fairyland. We are so grateful to our tour guide, Kai-ge. He was kind and patient, possessing a wealth of professional knowledge about Alishan's culture, history, flora, and fauna. Along the way, he introduced us to attractions, told historical stories, and helped everyone take photos, adding so much joy to the entire trip. Although it rained heavily and was very foggy, Kai-ge drove very steadily, making us feel safe and secure. He looked after everyone like a big brother from next door, and he worked incredibly hard. Thank you, Kai-ge; it's rare to meet such a dedicated and professional tour guide. Our Taiwan trip ended perfectly, and everything was worth it! 👍👍👍

Overall, my experience on Alishan this time was really great 🌿🚂 There was no pressure to rush through the itinerary. Riding the small train slowly through the forest, the scenery along the way was very therapeutic, and the air was incredibly fresh. I felt completely relaxed. The trails were also well-planned, making it comfortable to stop and go as I pleased, perfect for those who want to slow down. Regarding the tour guide, the one we had this time was very friendly and professional. Not only did they provide detailed explanations, but they also proactively guided us to good photo spots and even helped take pictures. This added many positive details to the entire trip and made us feel very at ease.

Inscrevi-me no pacote de 2 dias e 1 noite em Alishan (ida de carro, volta de carro + trem) porque achei atraktivou o fato de incluir a ferrovia florestal. Após a confirmação da reserva, recebi mensagens via LINE com itens para levar e precauções, e pouco antes da viagem, recebi detalhes como o local de encontro, o nome do motorista e o número do veículo de traslado, o que me deixou muito tranquila (tudo em chinês, mas dá para entender usando um software de tradução). Os documentos entregues ao embarcar no veículo de traslado também tinham versão em japonês, o que facilitou bastante. O guia falava apenas chinês, então precisávamos que alguém traduzisse para entender, mas houve muitas paradas para explicação durante a caminhada de 2 horas. Como o caminho é pavimentado com decks de madeira e pedras, consegui caminhar perfeitamente, mesmo sem muito preparo físico e com chuva. Um ponto de atenção: ao utilizar o carro (traslado privativo), a estrada na montanha é cheia de curvas e com muita inclinação, o que aumenta bastante o risco de enjoo. Costumo não passar mal de carro, mas fiquei com um mal-estar considerável no veículo de traslado na volta de Alishan para Fenqihu, e percebi que deveria ter trazido remédio para enjoo.

A very comfortable and wonderful day! Hotel pick-up and drop-off were extremely convenient, and the itinerary was well-organized. Although the drive from Taichung to Alishan involves a long stretch of winding mountain roads, the driver, Mr. Ren, drove very steadily and reassuringly. The tea-picking experience exceeded expectations; I originally thought it would be mainly about pushing tea sales, but actually the owner and staff of the tea plantation were very warm and attentive with no forced sales at all. They first introduced the process of tea picking and making, took us to tour the workshop, and then let us taste various teas such as black tea and oolong tea, along with some small snacks. The owner himself studied agricultural planting techniques on the mainland for a year in his early years and cares deeply about the tea plantation. The pace of the entire tour was great, and we got to see all the highlights of Alishan. It really saves a lot of hassle compared to arranging transportation on your own. I highly recommend this Alishan day tour to everyone!

had a lot of fun thanks to 大羅! he was really attentive and caring, also helping us snap pictures and recommend food, had a lot of fun! didn’t manage to complete everything in the itinerary due to delay in previous attractions but still really fun!
