Absolutamente incrível, funcionários muito simpáticos que querem interagir com turistas ocidentais, especialmente o gerente da equipe - Um cara top. Tudo no barco conforme descrito, comida super fresca e ótima seleção de bebidas para comprar, se necessário. Barco lindo, cenário lindo, comida incrível e pessoas lindas, o que mais você poderia pedir. Ps: - Os músicos/dj eram ótimos, todos gostaram de dançar.

It was a good experience on the Hercules cruise. We were a group of 3 friends (all girls) and we boarded the limousine bus, which took us about 2 and a half hours to reach the deck. Our tour guide, Tình, was quite informative. At the deck, they welcomed us with a drink and a towel. Soon after, we had lunch, which offered a lot of vegetarian and non-vegetarian varieties. We visited the pearl farm, Sung Sot Cave (it was majestic, though about 700 steps), Ti Top Island (full of people, so we didn’t go), and enjoyed a free bamboo boat ride. By the time it ended, we had snacks and drinks. We came back relaxing at the top of the cruise. It was a good experience overall, and I think most cruises will offer similar amenities. Remember, they are very particular about timings; they won't hesitate to leave you if you are late.

We loved everything about this cruise and would highly recommend it to our friends and family! It was our first time in Vietnam and the hospitality from the cruise staff was amazing! Special shout to Alice and Louis for taking care of us during this trip! The room was clean, modern and had all the amenities. Food was always amazing and the excursions and activities were top notch as well! Do not hesitate to book a cruise to Halong Bay with Grand Pioneers!

Our guide, Vincent, is a very handsome and funny guy. He told me to write that he looks like a monkey, and he entertained us throughout the trip. It was such a nice trip; we enjoyed it a lot. There were nice food options with scenic views, amazing hiking to Ti Top Island, and swimming at the seashore. Jangan pernah melewatkan perjalanan ini, sangat berkesan, makanannya enak, pelayanan luar biasa. Busnya bagus & bersih tapi teman bus kami orang India berbau tidak sedap di ketiak mereka yang membuat kami menutup hidung karena bau gila dari mereka, saya minta maaf tapi tolong orang India sebelum kita pergi untuk perjalanan bersama tolong gunakan deodoran agar Anda tidak mengganggu orang lain. Menggunakan deodoran di tubuh kita juga merupakan tanda hormat kepada orang lain.

We had a very good experience choosing Iris cruise. Everything is well-organized: Itinerary, the gap time between activities, the cruise facilities, buffet food, etc. Long and the crew have been really helpful - they’re very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend to others visiting Ha Long Bay and revisit in September, maybe to enjoy kayaking during the dry season 🛶🍁

高齢の義母を連れての参加でしたがスタッフの皆様が本当に親切で洞窟や島に向かう時に乗り換える小型ボートの乗下船時に足元の覚束ない義母を親身にサポートして下さいました♫Victory Star Cruiseのスタッフは全員素晴らしい方ばかりで心に残る最高で大満足な1泊2日となりました♡♡♡お部屋も船の中と思えぬ程高級感がありオシャレで快適♫自分の部屋のバルコニーでハロン湾の絶景を楽しみながら寛ぐひとときは正に至福の時間でした☆彡客層は欧米系の方達がほとんどでしたが日本人の私達にもフレンドリーに接して下さり本当に素敵な方達でした。スンソット洞窟は階段を400段位登り降りするのですが、ゆっくりしか進めない義母を優しく見守って下さったゲストの紳士様ありがとうございました♡♡♡船で頂いたお食事も全てクオリティが高くとっても美味しかったです☆彡Victory Star Cruiseを強くオススメします!!!
