It was pretty good. I booked a day cruise. It was a full half-day and we visited the key sites. The food was good, it just wasn't a buffet because the boat wasn't fully booked. Meaning, there would have been too much food and you might have gotten things you didn't want. That aside, it was a good overall experience.

It was nice and unforgettable experience. Luke, our tour guide was very accommodating and can speak english well. The boat is clean with jacuzzi and shower room. Towels are also provided for free. Only issue we had was that the water in the jacuzzi was not clean and the fish served in the buffet lunch was not boneless. The fish bone stuck in my throat for almost 3 hours. Riding in a speed boat (optional and not included in the package but luke convinced us to join) was definitely the highlight of our time in Halong bay. Twas a crazy ride indeed!😁The whole experience was just great. Sorry to compare but El nido, Palawan is much cleaner and doesn't have the dirty water of Halong Bay.

My Halong Bay experience was nothing short of spectacular, and it's a must-book tour for anyone visiting Vietnam. The tour was well-organized, with a great mix of activities and relaxation. We explored hidden caves, kayaked through lagoons, and had a delicious lunch. The best part was our fantastic tour guide, Andy. He was very enthusiastic and knew a lot about the area, sharing interesting stories and insights throughout the trip. Andy's excellent guidance and the stunning beauty of the bay made it an adventure I'll always remember.

It was such a memorable and enjoyable full day trip onboard the luxury cruise. Halong Bay is so beautiful and serene, the weather was also clear and sunny. The cruise ship is very clean, beautiful , food was also good. We really have an enjoyable day with Augustine, our guide who was so friendly and helpful. He spoke fluent English and was alsoi very entertaining and informative.

¡Este es un día largo! Pasará más de 5 horas en transporte en autobús hacia y desde la Bahía de Ha Long desde Hanói. La comida en el crucero fue muy buena y abundante. Las bebidas son aparte y no eran demasiado caras. Hicimos el kayak incluido. Permiten unos 20 minutos para ello. Puede hacer el barco rápido o el barco grupal con costos adicionales. Fue un día nublado, pero eso es de esperar en esta época del año. En general, fue una buena muestra de la bahía con visitas a cuevas y una opción de caminata por una de las islas. Puede quedarse en el barco todo el tiempo si no quiere hacer las actividades.

The tour was great. The boat ride was great, and even the prices of drinks weren't inflated; they were still very affordable. The food was nice, and the island and cave tours were very interesting. It was worth the price we paid. Our tour guide, Vu, was very helpful and efficient.

Although we were the only Japanese people on the English tour, we were very satisfied with the rich content. Before choosing this tour, I compared various other sites and selected it based on the price, desired destinations, and cruise size. It turned out to be the right choice. The food was buffet style, and everything was delicious and quickly eaten (I haven't seen a buffet where there wasn't much left over). The ship had three decks, and I felt a bit like a bourgeois. The first destination was a place where we could experience speedboats, bamboo boats, and kayaks, and we chose the speedboat and kayak. The speedboat costs an additional 10 USD per person, but it's incredibly fun and highly recommended. We were also happy to encounter monkeys while kayaking. The next destination was exploring Sung Sot Cave. This cave was the main reason we wanted to go, so we thoroughly enjoyed it. The final destination was Ti Tov Island. We had about an hour of free time there, where we could swim, play on the beach, or hike the island. My husband and I just lay on the sandy beach and chatted. As evening approached, we returned to the cruise for tea time, where cakes and drinks were served. They were very delicious. One of the charms of this cruise was being able to connect with people from various countries. In particular, Augustin, our tour captain who guided us to the end, was a fun person, and we enjoyed ourselves throughout. Thank you very much. I would like to participate again if I have the chance.

We were contacted a day before the trip through WhatsApp for the pick up timings. Our cruise name was Heritage Luxury Cruise. Mr. Andy was our tour guide. On time pick up from our hotel in a limousine bus to Tuan Chau Port through new express way in about 2.5 hours. In between we stop at pearl factory. In the cruise there was a delicious buffet lunch served immediately upon entering with various Veg, Non veg and Seafood options. Welcome drink was provided. Variety of food options for Indians for both veg and non veg. Also drinking water provided free of charge which is not possible in other cruise as you have to purchase it. Also our table was reserved with passenger name written on it. The cruise is new and luxurious with three decks. the ground floor is Air condition restaurant with panaromic views. 1st We went to Luon cave, 2nd sung sot cave and 3rd Ti Top Island. The bamboo/kayaking fee is included in the package and you don't have to pay anything extra. in Luon cave you have option to opt for speed boat for 10 USD in which they take you to other parts of halong bay for about 20 minutes. After that you can go to kayaking/bamboo boat. those who do not opt have to sit in the cruise. So it is recommended to opt for speed boat for the experience and value for money. in the evening we had evening party and we were served two types of juices, fruits, cakes. Then we were dropped back to the port around 6 pm and transfer back to our hotel around 8.30 with one stop in between. Excellent trip. Highly Recommended.
