Absolutely awesome, such nice staff who want to engage with Western tourist especially the staff manager - Top guy. Everything on the boat as described, food super fresh and great selection of drinks to purchase if required. Beautiful boat, beautiful setting, amazing food and beautiful people what more could you ask for. Ps:- The musicians/dj where great, everyone enjoyed dancing..

it was a good experience on the cruise of Hercules. We were a group of 3 friends (all girls) we boarded the limousine bus and it took us about 2 and a half hours to reach the deck. the tour guide Tình was quite informative. At the deck, they welcomed us with a drink and a towel. Soon after that we had lunch, it had a lot of veg/non veg varieties. we went to the pearl farm, sung sot cave (it was majestic, about 700 steps though), ti top island (full of people, we didn’t go), bamboo boat ride(free) and then we got snacks and drinks by the time it ended. we came back relaxing at the top of the cruise. it was a good experience overall, I think most cruise will give you the same amenities. Remember, they are very particular about the timings. they won’t hesitate to leave you if you are late.

We loved everything about this cruise and would highly recommend it to our friends and family! It was our first time in Vietnam and the hospitality from the cruise staff was amazing! Special shout to Alice and Louis for taking care of us during this trip! The room was clean, modern and had all the amenities. Food was always amazing and the excursions and activities were top notch as well! Do not hesitate to book a cruise to Halong Bay with Grand Pioneers!

our guide "Vincent" is very handsome and funny guy. He told me write he loooks like monkey and he entertain us through out the trip. such a nice trip. Enjoyed a lot. Dont ever skip this trip it was very memorable foods are great, excellent service. The bus is nice & clean but our bus mate Indian people are smells bad odor in their underarm that make us cover our nose because of the crazy smell from them, I am sorry but please Indian people before we went for a joiner trip please use deodorant so that you cannot disturb other people. Using deodorant in our body is also a sign of respect to others.

Our guide, Luca, was very kind! We booked last minute the night before. The limousine was clean and comfortable, and the cruise ship seemed to be the best one, with three decks. Getting the front seat on the bus was a bonus. There's a lot of walking in the caves, and they are humid and hot. I hadn't planned on swimming in the ocean, but it was so hot that I just jumped in, even though I didn't have a swimsuit. The guide was lying on a sunbed on the beach, so I asked him to watch my belongings, put on my clothes, and went for a swim. When the cruise ship arrived, I quickly got on, showered with my clothes on, skipped the snacks, and went to lie on a sunbed on the third deck until we disembarked. It was great, I recommend it.

We had a very good experience choosing Iris cruise. Everything is well-organises: Itinerary, the gap time between activities, the cruise facilities, buffet food etc. Long and the crew have been really helpful - they’re very friendly and accomodative. Will definitely recommend to others visiting Ha Long Bay and revisit on September maybe to enjoy kayaking during dry season 🛶🍁

I participated with my elderly mother-in-law, and all the staff were so kind. They thoughtfully supported my mother-in-law, who was unsteady on her feet, when getting on and off the small boats that transferred us to the caves and islands. All the staff at Victory Star Cruise are wonderful, and it was a memorable, perfect, and very satisfying 1-night, 2-day trip! The rooms were luxurious, stylish, and comfortable, beyond what you would expect on a ship. Relaxing on my room's balcony while enjoying the stunning view of Ha Long Bay was truly a blissful experience. Most of the guests were European and American, but they were friendly to us Japanese, and they were all really lovely people. The Sung Sot Cave requires climbing up and down about 400 steps, and thank you to the gentleman guest who kindly watched over my mother-in-law, who could only move slowly! All the meals we had on the ship were of high quality and very delicious! I highly recommend Victory Star Cruise!!!
