My experience with the Halong City tour on a double-decker bus was quite enjoyable. The tour offered a unique perspective of the city, allowing me to see it from all angles. The bus itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for the journey. The staff on board were exceptionally kind and even given me with a complimentary water bottle, which was a thoughtful gesture. One of the highlights of the tour was the recorded audio available at every seat. The soothing music played in the background enhanced the experience. I would appreciate it if the tour operator could provide a link to the music on YouTube, as it added a delightful touch to the journey. While I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, one small critique I have is that the price seemed a bit on the higher side. A slight adjustment to make it more affordable would have been ideal. Nonetheless, it was a memorable experience, and I would recommend it to others looking to explore Halong City from a unique vantage point.

I enjoyed it so much that the time felt very short. Since I was traveling alone, I appreciated having the information provided through the audio guide. However, I was upset because the people behind me were so loud and stood up dangerously during the ride, making it hard for me to hear and concentrate. Nighttime is best, especially around sunset.

You go to the bus station and have your QR codes scanned beforehand, then you get on the bus and let yourself be guided. A pleasant tour.
