Although the price is on the higher side, there are many staff members, and the service is excellent. There are eight pools with different temperatures of green sulfur and white sulfur, a steam room, and a sauna. The Evian mineral water and osmanthus black tea are delicious, and the amenities are from Bamford's Geranium series, which has a lovely herbal scent. The pricing strategy limits the number of guests, making it a great choice for those who enjoy a quiet and comfortable hot spring experience!

Spring City Resort This time, we used a Klook package that included one meal and a two-hour hot spring private room for 3,500 NTD. Upon arrival at the hotel entrance, staff will assist with valet parking, as guests are not allowed to park their own vehicles. It's good to be prepared to tip when leaving, to avoid an awkward moment with your wallet. The dinner was Japanese cuisine with a fixed menu, so no other choices were available. Overall, it was decent. After eating, you can take a stroll around the area before returning for the hot springs. The pace of the itinerary was quite comfortable. The private hot spring room showed some signs of age, with an older decor style, but the room itself was spacious, and the bathing area was also large. The sound insulation of the main door was average, but since we visited on a weekday and there weren't many people, it didn't significantly impact our experience. What was rather perplexing was that shortly after we entered the room, a housekeeper knocked on the door and said our time was up. We were completely bewildered, thinking, "We just arrived; did time fly by, or is our life being fast-forwarded?" The housekeeper later confirmed the mistake, apologized, and left, but this little incident was indeed a bit baffling. Overall, although the facilities and decor of Spring City Resort show their age, the service was generally acceptable, and the environment had a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere. Considering one meal plus a two-hour private hot spring room for 3,500 NTD, the value for money is still reasonable, making it a suitable place for a relaxing hot spring getaway.

This is a hot spring hotel with a slightly rustic charm. For this vacation, I chose to come here for a hot spring bath (not an overnight stay) because I wanted to take my family to visit Geothermal Valley and the Hot Spring Museum. Therefore, I looked for a suitable hot spring hotel along the Beitou Stream. This hotel's hot spring water does not seem to be the green sulfur spring from Geothermal Valley, but rather the white sulfur spring from the Sulfur Creek, so its acidity is lower. Advantages of this hotel: 1. High cost-performance ratio: For the same price, you can rest for 3 hours, whereas other hotels usually offer only 90 minutes of bathing without a resting area. It also provides parking, which is convenient for group travel. 2. Clean environment: Although the decor is relatively simple, the overall cleanliness is decent, showing that effort has been put into tidying and cleaning. Minor drawbacks of this hotel: 1. No regular tap hot water: This might be an issue for some guests with more sensitive skin, and the tap water temperature is quite low. 2. I had a reservation for 4 PM, but it seems the front desk mistakenly recorded it as 2 PM. They thoughtfully called to ask if I still wanted to take a bath. Although it didn't cause any actual problems, this small error by the staff was a slight imperfection. 3. Since the total time is 3 hours, and I would be entering and exiting the hot spring multiple times, plus needing to wash and dry myself, the towels provided by the hotel were a bit insufficient.

I arrived around 4 PM on August 24th. After reaching Xinbeitou MRT Station, I wasn't sure how to get to the hotel, so I called the front desk. I made three or four calls to confirm, and the two front desk ladies were truly excellent. Despite their young age, they answered patiently and spoke gently. Upon arrival, they provided even more detailed explanations. It truly made me feel that your hotel staff are of a very high caliber! The hotel lobby and private hot spring rooms were also maintained to be clean and comfortable! From the initial phone inquiry to on-site check-in, usage, and departure, I felt joyful and that the trip was well worth it! I sincerely recommend it! I also hope everyone will take good care of the facilities so that this excellent hot spring hotel can operate sustainably! (The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the private hot spring room were super good!) Thank you to the front desk ladies that day! I hope your excellent attitude is recognized by your company, that you are rewarded, and more importantly, that it can serve as a basis for training others.

The weather was so cold, so I'm glad we booked this through Klook, and it made our trip to Beitou even more relaxing!
