This area of Taipei is wonderful, and Leo is a great guide who really knows the history and interesting points. Clear English, great tour, fun group, and a great afternoon and evening in the Dihua street area of Taipei.

The tour was at 10:00, so I met the guide around 9:55. One regrettable point is that the guide was only holding a sign that said 'One-Day Tour,' and there was nothing related to Klook anywhere, so the guide and I stood in the same spot for over 10 minutes but couldn't recognize each other. Anyway, after meeting the guide and the rest of the tour group, the tour began. It was my first time using a Dawson product, but the guide explained everything with such passion and even extended the time beyond the scheduled itinerary, which was very helpful. My legs hurt a lot from standing and listening to the explanations for a long time, but I had a fun time.

We had fun during our tour even though the weather was not really good. Our tour guide Sir Tommy still made sure we visit all the places even for a short time and also added chiangkaishek residence in our itinerary to make up for the remaining time. The tour guide kindly took our picture as well and provided a lot of information about the places we visited. Highly recommend!!!

We had an excellent Day 1 tour of Taipei on 16 March 2026 with Nicolas Ying from Klook ( YOLO). He was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and very courteous throughout the day. We started in the historic district with a visit to Longshan Temple and ended the tour at the iconic Taipei 101. Nicholas was attentive to our interests and dietary preferences and took us to a popular local eatery where we enjoyed a delicious dim sum lunch. He is also an excellent photographer and took great photos for us from the best vantage points. He even recommended other local eateries for us to try during our stay. A wonderful and memorable day — we highly recommend Nicholas to anyone visiting Taipei.

A lovely tour, even though our guide only spoke Chinese. Our fellow travelers translated all the important information for us. The tour around the lake is significantly more beautiful than the one we did last year through the Geopark.

The tour was affordably priced, and booking it through Klook was straightforward. Our guide led us to the famous Longshan Temple. Its decorations and the precision of its carvings amazed me; I've never seen such intricate artistry before. They delved into Taiwanese religious culture, guiding us on how to offer incense and pray, and teaching us to make wishes to the gods. This visit felt like psychological healing, similar to meditation, prompting deep introspection and a return to my core self. The guide's detailed explanations were much appreciated. Hoping to find a partner as advised, I made a wish to the 'God of Matchmaking'. I wholeheartedly recommend this enlightening tour to everyone.
