The cabin had air conditioning—it wasn't cold or hot, though it might feel a bit warm for a small child (we rode on a weekday afternoon). All in all, it was the baby's first experience; he didn't cry or make a fuss up there, but was very curious and looked all around. Mom is more than satisfied.

The Fun Pass is really useful and great. However, if you try to enjoy all these benefits within a short schedule, your trip might become too exhausting. So, I recommend comparing the monetary value of the benefits you'd get and then making your purchase. For attractions like Yehliu Geopark, Jinguashi, and the Shifen Sky Lantern experience, you might find it more effective to purchase a separate Fun Trip Yehliu-Shifen-Jiufen-Jinguashi (YES FOG JING) bus tour and use them together. Also, as a side note, I recommend adding the Funlab bag-making experience to your itinerary. It's surprisingly fun and provides a cool space for a short break. The wood glue they provide takes a long time to dry after attaching materials, so rather than rushing to sew, it's better to glue the pieces, put them in a plastic bag, carry them carefully, and by the next day, they should be completely dry. Using glue will save you a lot of time.

This was a last-minute addition to my Taipei itinerary, and I'm so glad I visited! The Miniatures Museum is fascinating, with incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail in every display. What impressed me most was how much there is to discover if you slow down and really observe. Every scene has tiny details, hidden elements, and creative touches that can easily be missed if you're rushing through. My recommendation: set aside at least 1–2 hours for your visit. Take your time, walk through each exhibit carefully, and appreciate the artistry behind the miniature worlds. If you're in a hurry, you'll likely miss much of the fun and magic that make this museum special. A unique and enjoyable experience for visitors of all ages. Definitely worth adding to your Taipei itinerary!

Very easy to redeem and use. We went to Yeliu, Maokong Gondola, Taipei Zoo, etc. It was definitely worth it.

Un buen lugar para pasar todo el día. Empiece por la parte superior y baje. La colección está ordenada desde el período más temprano en el piso superior, y las piezas posteriores en los pisos inferiores. El transporte público para llegar es fácil y más barato que el autobús turístico. Hay tantas piezas que quizás quiera venir otro día para ver el resto. Coma antes de venir aquí, ya que solo hay una pequeña cafetería que siempre está llena. Además de sus piezas más populares que la gente parece querer ver, encontrará otras piezas que le gustarán. A mí me gustaron más las copas de puerta que las piezas populares.

Very easy to book and use. Need to get a physical ticket at the ticket counter on the 1st floor. I went on a weekday to 89th and 101th floor. Unfortunately the weather became cloudy and rainy around the evening time so the view was not that great, however managed get few photos whenever the clouds dispersed. The tuned mass damper on 88th floor was interesting. In my opinion going to 101th floor is not worth it. It is quite small and made like a fern garden. Also the windows are of half length. 89th floor will have much better views with full length glass walls.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful time on our Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen tour! Our guide, CIPHER Wang, was very experienced, energetic, funny, and such a happy person. She made the whole trip enjoyable and comfortable from start to finish. CIPHER made sure that we had enough time to enjoy every itinerary and experience each place without feeling too rushed. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the tour. The driving was fast but safe, which gave us some time to relax and rest while traveling to the next destination. Overall, the tour was well-organized, enjoyable, and definitely worth the money, especially for tourists visiting Taiwan. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this tour to other travelers! 🇹🇼❤️

the tour is very informative and entertaining! our tour guide is a cheerful lady who is also passionate and talkative. She gave an delightful presentation about the history of the brewery, along with Taiwan’s industrial history. The tour ends with a unforgettable experience of extracting beers as much as we want directly from the tanks, which tasted so fresh that nothing in the market can compare with. I highly recommend this tour to everyone who loves beer and happy drinks! Hoo-Tah-Lah!

Spring City Resort This time, we used a Klook package that included one meal and a two-hour hot spring private room for 3,500 NTD. Upon arrival at the hotel entrance, staff will assist with valet parking, as guests are not allowed to park their own vehicles. It's good to be prepared to tip when leaving, to avoid an awkward moment with your wallet. The dinner was Japanese cuisine with a fixed menu, so no other choices were available. Overall, it was decent. After eating, you can take a stroll around the area before returning for the hot springs. The pace of the itinerary was quite comfortable. The private hot spring room showed some signs of age, with an older decor style, but the room itself was spacious, and the bathing area was also large. The sound insulation of the main door was average, but since we visited on a weekday and there weren't many people, it didn't significantly impact our experience. What was rather perplexing was that shortly after we entered the room, a housekeeper knocked on the door and said our time was up. We were completely bewildered, thinking, "We just arrived; did time fly by, or is our life being fast-forwarded?" The housekeeper later confirmed the mistake, apologized, and left, but this little incident was indeed a bit baffling. Overall, although the facilities and decor of Spring City Resort show their age, the service was generally acceptable, and the environment had a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere. Considering one meal plus a two-hour private hot spring room for 3,500 NTD, the value for money is still reasonable, making it a suitable place for a relaxing hot spring getaway.
