Experience: The end-to-end service was incredibly smooth, and I'm extremely satisfied with the final product. Every step, from reception, makeup and styling, photography, to retouching, was very efficient. Even though it was a weekend and there were a lot of customers, booking in advance helped manage the flow of people, and customers for photoshoots generally didn't have to wait long. Plus, the staff were all very friendly and polite. Overall, it's an excellent experience that I'd recommend to friends and family, especially for first-time photo shoot participants. ☺️

It was a very fun and pleasant night. We partied without a break until 4 AM. I thought it might be awkward since I was the only Korean, but the guides took good care of me, and everyone who participated was cheerful and welcoming, which was wonderful. The language barrier is not much of an issue at all. Everyone, give it a try! The wild party at the club will be an unforgettable memory. (Strictly speaking)

We booked this photography session after we read the reviews and also liking the photos that we see. We had AK as our photographer and he was really thoughtful and detail with arranging our two hour photography session on the day. He was accommodating to my two kids who needs redirection and also changing to indoor locations for photoshooting when the weather was getting really warm. AK even took us to a shop that sells really cooling Chinese tea that we really enjoy. We are very thankful to have had such a great photoshooting experience with AK. He has captured great Taiwan memories for us and for the kids too.

Our shore excursion was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. Our tour guide, Joanna, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire experience, making everyone feel comfortable and well taken care of. The excursion was also very reliable—Joanna arrived right on time, which set a great tone for the day. One of the highlights was a thoughtful extra stop at a local market, where we had the chance to try some truly delicious fresh fruits—an authentic and memorable touch that we wouldn’t have experienced otherwise. Joanna also shared a lot of interesting information about the local culture, which made the tour even more engaging and enjoyable. This tour was not only well-organized but also warm and personal. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable and enriching shore excursion!

My husband and I were very satisfied with the tour. The tour guide was very accommodating and assisted us with all our concerns and needs. He is also fluent in English, which was important for us to communicate better. We look forward to taking this kind of tour again soon! Highly recommended ✨✨✨

Very easy to book and use. Need to get a physical ticket at the ticket counter on the 1st floor. I went on a weekday to 89th and 101th floor. Unfortunately the weather became cloudy and rainy around the evening time so the view was not that great, however managed get few photos whenever the clouds dispersed. The tuned mass damper on 88th floor was interesting. In my opinion going to 101th floor is not worth it. It is quite small and made like a fern garden. Also the windows are of half length. 89th floor will have much better views with full length glass walls.

I booked a service for 10 AM to around 2 PM and received a quick response. The directions were clear, making the location easy to find. The reception staff were warm and polite, and the therapist was friendly, skilled, and meticulous. It was an unexpectedly excellent massage experience.
