I made a reservation four days ago, and the 6 PM slot was sold out, so I chose 7 PM. The same-day tickets were also gone by 6:30 PM, so it's definitely better to book through Klook. The venue opens after the 6 PM show ends, so the entrance line started moving at 7 PM. Seating is guided from the upper rows. Those who arrive later are made to sit on the ground. Many people also ended up standing. Even if you get a seat, it's very cramped, so you're shoulder-to-shoulder with the person next to you. The 7 PM show started at 7:22 PM. The Kecak dance was absolutely wonderful. The front seats offer a closer and more impactful view of the performers. Both going to and from the venue, there was heavy traffic, but it was well worth seeing, even with that in mind. The sunset was also beautiful, and the waves crashing below the cliff were powerful. The temple is full of mischievous monkeys. My glasses were snatched from behind. It seems that if you're sitting, you're more likely to be targeted. Be careful of the monkeys.

We had a very good instructor!!! My son had never stood on a board before! This was his first experience. On his first try, my son was able to stay on the waves by himself. Many thanks to the instructor. We were a little late, but our agent wrote that they were waiting for us and we could still come. Thank you to the company for this ❤️

Melihatnya dari dekat benar-benar menakjubkan. Saya membeli tiket masuk secara online melalui Klook, dan masuknya sangat nyaman—cukup pindai kode QR di pintu masuk untuk akses cepat dan tanpa repot. Kekurangannya adalah beberapa area sedang dalam pemeliharaan. Terutama area yang instagrammable dengan patung di antara tebing.

We plan to go back here! A day tour isn’t enough to explore the beauty of Nusa Penida. Was so envious of the those people sunbathing in Kelingking beach. The water’s breathtaking! Can’t wait to go back. Our tour guide was very good in taking photos and videos too. Gave him a fat tip ‘cause of that 😁

Bali Safari was awesome! But the Varoma restaurant was next level. The theatrical performance was incredible and the whole experience inside the restaurant made our stay top-notch, we bought the premium package and it was so worth it. In general, everything we saw at the Safari was awesome.

The climb up Mount Batur was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences I've ever had in Bali. Watching the sunrise from the summit is absolutely unforgettable and a memory I'll cherish forever. I want to extend a very special thank you to our guide, Asta, who was simply the best we could have asked for. He was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and made the entire experience even more special. In addition to accompanying us throughout the whole process, he took care to capture incredible, truly professional-quality photos. Thanks to him, we have fantastic mementos of this unique moment. I 100% recommend this experience, and if you have the opportunity to do the tour with this guide, don't hesitate. He was, without a doubt, an essential part of making this adventure perfect!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Jungle Club Ubud! The atmosphere is stunning — surrounded by lush greenery with breathtaking views that make it feel like a hidden paradise. The food and drinks were top-notch, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A special shoutout to our waiter, WINDU, who truly made our visit unforgettable. His service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. If you’re visiting Ubud, this place is a must-visit. Great vibes, great food, and even better service. Thank you, WINDU, for making our day so special!

This is my 1st time experiencing such an awesome trip. Despite the early wake up, in order to be there to see the sunrise. The driver Yuli and Jeep driver Maruta were so friendly n responsible. Especially, Maruta, he always check if im okay. I will definitely come back to Bali with my friends again.

We arrived at 9:10 AM, about a 40-minute Grab taxi ride from Sanur early in the morning. I didn't realize it was in Kuta, but it was perfect for a day of water fun for families. My 6th-grade son even took a surfing class, and there were so many active games that it was exciting and enjoyable. It's like Korea's Caribbean Bay, but not as large. We actually preferred that it wasn't too big, as it made moving around easier. Please note that outside food is not allowed when entering! But you can always find it again when you leave~^^ The staff are very friendly, and the locker rooms are clean and nice. The staff also clean the restrooms very frequently to prevent guests from slipping! Even if you're not visiting with children, Waterbom Bali won't disappoint! Highly recommended~! It's best to book in advance and download your voucher. Any remaining balance from food or class fees paid inside will be fully refunded when you leave.

Towels, foot covers, and shower facilities are provided. There's lemon water available in the waiting area. The girl at the service desk was very enthusiastic and friendly, always checking if we needed help. The package we purchased also included access to an exclusive club for burgers and pasta, which was an excellent value and a fantastic experience. If I could, I'd give it 100 stars! 😍 The kids said driving was fun and exciting, and they were very satisfied. Thank you, coach!

Fantastic Double Adventure! We booked through Klook and received instant confirmation and helpful updates before the tour. Our driver Made was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent, safe driver. He took us to Bali Zoo, helped with our tickets and even took some great photos. Breakfast with the Orangutans was wonderful. There was a great selection of Western and Asian food, plus vegetarian options. We saw elephants, birds, an adult & baby orangutan and a baby gibbon, with animal welfare clearly a priority. The Elephant Mud Bath was the highlight! We hand-fed the elephants, covered them in mud, scrubbed and washed them, then joined them in the pool for cuddles and splashing. Such a fun experience! Towels and lockers are provided and there are plenty of photo opportunities. A buffet lunch is also included. Made was waiting for us at 2pm and drove us safely back to Seminyak. His local knowledge was an added bonus. Highly recommend doing both an unforgettable Bali experience!

I loved the whole package, the tour guide was absolutely amazing during the water rafting, the ATVs were fun and the perfect amount of time. Great value for money when compared to local boutiques. Big thank you to our driver Janu who was always there to do anything we needed. Very lovely, professional and kind, and went above and beyond.
