This was my first trip to Jeju Island, and I joined this day tour because I wanted to visit Hallasan, the highest mountain in Korea. The wetland park at Hallasan has a nice environment, but I didn't encounter any deer. Across from the wetland park is the highest convenience store on Jeju Island. Afterwards, we went to Cheonjeyeon to visit three waterfalls. I liked the first waterfall the most; its deep blue color, combined with the light rain at the time, made for great photos. Then we went to a temple, but due to religious reasons, I didn't enter and instead took photos of the sea view nearby. Our guide, Hamee, was very enthusiastic, constantly helping us take pictures, taking us to eat healthy bibimbap, and even helping me find mugwort bread. The service was excellent. This kind of bibimbap isn't available in Hong Kong; it was so delicious. Since it was typhoon season, the waves at Songaksan Beach were huge and spectacular. The timing, location, and people were all perfect. The photos turned out great.

Since Japanese cannot be expected, at least junior high school level English is necessary. It was a shame that the Ama diver show was canceled due to the typhoon, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and they made a great effort to convey information. They meticulously explained what was needed and precautions, and asked if we wanted to take bathroom breaks as appropriate, making us feel very well looked after by the guide. We were able to visit many famous places efficiently and are very satisfied. The food was also delicious. If I have the chance, I would like to use this service again.

È il mio secondo giorno con Lucas Travel e confermo che mi sono trovata molto bene e mi è stato permesso di visitare quanti più posti possibile. Vedere le Haenyo era uno dei miei desideri ed è stato molto bello vederle dal vivo. Ho amato l'intero itinerario. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare, se decidete di salire in cima al vulcano (è facoltativo), portate un cappello e/o un ombrello e magari anche un cambio di maglietta perché si suda molto. La nostra guida Hamee è stata molto gentile e ha spiegato tutte le cose che abbiamo visto in modo accurato e professionale. Anche il pranzo è stato molto buono.

East tour with Luke we booked after amazing south/west with Lucky and it was also great! We liked the south/west location more, but the east is also worth seeing, especially the haenyeo show! It was amazing! The views are also great. The transfer is very comfortable, and our groups for both days were small and nice. Even though we usually have some problems with Korean food (since we don't eat spicy food and fish), it was no problem to find what to eat in the provided places (we even had an opportunity to taste seafood for the first time). Luke was also kind and friendly, so both guides we met were amazing. They shared historical and cultural knowledge, so it was very interesting and helpful too. I think this tour is great for first-timers without a car – very convenient and interesting – you can see a bunch of different places in a few hours and make some good memories and impressions about Jeju, so you'll definitely feel that you want to come back.

En primer lugar, quiero decir que estoy muy feliz de haber decidido hacer este tour. El guía es una persona maravillosa. Amable, educado y simpático, siempre disponible. Al estar sola, fue muy atento conmigo, ayudándome con las fotos y conversando. Además, al ser celíaca, estoy teniendo muchos problemas para comer aquí, pero él fue súper cuidadoso y contactó con el restaurante antes de llegar para asegurarse de que pudiera comer tranquilamente. El itinerario está realmente bien estudiado. Fue muy agradable poder visitar varios puntos fundamentales de la isla y experimentar cosas como alimentar animales y probar diferentes tipos de té. Estoy muy satisfecha.

I had a great time today with Lucas! He is the best driver and guide in Jeju. He also took good pictures of us at the drop-off point. Please note that he won't accompany you; it's your free time to roam around. I strongly recommend taking this tour! 🙌

We had a wonderful day exploring Jeju! The itinerary was well organized, from Hueree Flower Park and Jeongbang Waterfall to Jusangjeolli Cliff, O'sulloc Tea Museum, and Eoseungsaengak Trail. Every stop was beautiful and enjoyable. A big thank you to our tour guide, Olivia, for being friendly, knowledgeable, and making the trip smooth and fun. She took great care of everyone and shared interesting information throughout the tour. Highly recommended!

This was indeed a great trip. It was an amazing experience. First and foremost, my tour guide, Olivia was fantastic; she was comforting and engaging throughout the entire trip. She explained the history of each location very well and was incredibly informative. Through her, I learned that Jeju is famous for three things, its wind. stones. and women. as well as its 'three no's': no gates, no thieves, and no beggars. What an experience! She even helped me get great pictures. I am very satisfied and truly happy with Lucas Travels. Thank you so much. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an comfortable trip around Jeju. Wonderful experience with world-class sights with my guide Luke. I got to see the waterfalls that connect to the water, the local flowers of Jeju, and the volcanic cliffs with awesome views of Hallasan Mountain. Each stop was breathtaking, and it was very hard to leave. Luke is well-informed and very accommodating. I'm a vegetarian, and he went out of his way to help me find great food. He also helped me find gifts for my family.
