Jina is a wonderful tour guide! She is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. She provides a lot of information and stories on the way to the places we are going to visit, which makes our journey fun and meaningful. She also helped us take family photos and gave us some local tips and recommendations. The scenery in Jeju is fantastic. Hope to visit again.

When we disembarked from the cruise, I overslept and was very late 🤣, but the driver waited patiently. And there's no need to worry about not having Wi-Fi on board; as long as the cruise ship is docked at Jeju Port, even if you're on the ship with a Korean Wi-Fi card, you'll receive messages and can contact the driver. Overall, the driver was very friendly, and the car was spacious and comfortable. You can visit places you want to go, or if you have no ideas, you can ask the driver for recommendations. They will drop you back at the cruise ship on time. Reliable 👍🏻

It was such a wonderful experience. Andrew, our driver/guide, was so accommodating and was on time. The car was very comfortable to ride and it had a charging port as well. We were also able to change our itinerary since we wanted to see the Cherry Blossoms and try the Samgyupsal. We also came back to the port with enough time. It was an excellent experience overall.

30 minutes before my cruise was to depart for Jeju, I was disappointed to learn that my cruise tour for the next day was cancelled and rebooked to a very short one I didn’t want to go to (to a museum). At the very last minute, I booked this Klook tour. I was greeted right off the ship by I Love Korea private tour. What a great time! I got to pick the sites I wanted to see. My tour guide was awesome and spoke English. We saw the K-drama sites that I wanted to see that my cruise ship did not offer, plus many of the same sites that the cruise ship was only offering 1 or 2 of them, while I saw much more.

During my trip to Jeju Island, I had the good fortune to meet a tour guide named Seo-hyun, whose service greatly enhanced my journey. She not only possessed a deep understanding of Jeju Island's history and culture but also presented it to us in a vivid and engaging manner, allowing us to gain a deeper appreciation and connection with Jeju Island. Her knowledge was truly impressive. Whether describing Jeju Island's natural scenery or its local customs and traditions, she narrated with eloquence, making us feel as if we had traveled through time and personally experienced various historical moments. Her explanations were not only accurate but also captivating, filling us with curiosity and interest for every corner of Jeju Island. Furthermore, her enthusiasm and patience are something I particularly want to commend. No matter how trivial our questions were, she always answered patiently, ensuring we had a thorough understanding of each attraction. Her service attitude made us feel warm and welcome, just like a close old friend. Moreover, the private car service she arranged for us was also very thoughtful. The large, black business van was spacious and comfortable, providing us with an excellent travel environment. The driving skills were also very steady, making us feel safe and secure throughout the journey. In summary, this trip to Jeju Island became even more memorable and enjoyable thanks to such an excellent tour guide. I highly recommend choosing this tour package to experience Jeju Island.

Our cruise had a change in plan and we arrived one day later, but the tour organizer were very helpful and changed our plan to one day later with a great and fast communication. The tour schedule itself was very smooth and we learned a lot from Jina about the culture and history of Jeju. Highly recommended!
