We arrived late and was welcomed with fresh beverage The grounds looked as beautiful at night as it does during the day The grounds are kept very clean The room was nice and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids We had an ocean view room with a balcony which we loved The breakfast buffet was great and the pool a lovely. Staff always had a smile on their face. Worth every penny and would definitely go back - tip Bali collection is opposite the lobby, the first day maps took us around the world to get there

The Grand Hyatt was both incredibly beautiful and quiet & peaceful. Staff were amazing, always happy and helpful, they went above & beyond. Breakfast was so beautiful, to eat surrounded by such incredible beauty, the fish ponds were teaming with fish and water birds, just breathtaking. A big thank you to Niko Pandeani for her excellent guest service, to the house keeping staff who made beautiful towel sculptures for us each day and kept our room spotless. A big thank you to the staff at the Club members pool, who made our holiday so special. We have traveled the world and stayed in many many 5 star resorts, but Grand Hyatt Bali, you take the prize as the best most beautiful and peaceful I have ever stayed. I highly recommend taking the club room, the food for breakfast and in the evening is fabulous and it’s a quieter part of the resort. The beach has stunning aqua blue water that’s clean and white sandy beach. I will be back Grand Hyatt, your resort is already in our hearts forever 🙏

I love the breakfast, they had 4 restaurant to choose from. They had lots of fruits compare to Hilton Bali. My kids was disappointed about the slide because they didn’t have enough floating device in order for them to slide so I would suggest for guest to bring it because they didn’t have enough. The Japanese restaurant is really good and we ate there twice!! Overall we would go back!! We also love the sofa on the side, they turn it to bed for us and it was very comfortable.

Amazing holiday Beautiful food from every restaurant onsite, very helpful and friendly staff especially Nadia in the pool bar all the staff at Salsa Verde and the Water Court Loved the pools and enjoyed hiring surfboards to use at the beach 50 metres from the hotel and the kids managed to catch a few small waves Thank you

OK, never made it here can’t say anything about the resort itself. We were stuck in a horrible place in Ubud. Decided I’d pay for a 2nd hotel to salvage the last couple nights in Bali. Within a few hours Our plans changed and had to fly out early due to a child in the hospital. Contacted Expedia where I booked it, they said non-refundable, but they’d work on getting one anyway. My assumption was they would cancel, that was my point in contacting them. The hotel messaged me while I was on a 15 hour flight asking where we were. I messaged back after landing to explain and they said too late and charged full price for the rooms. They aren’t flexible and there doesn’t seem to be communication between them and Experian.
