I booked a 2-hour aromatherapy massage on Klook at a very reasonable price. The hotel pickup was included, and the driver was right on time. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, and the massage therapist was excellent—I even fell asleep in the middle of it. Highly recommended!

Tuvimos una experiencia increíble y relajante en este spa. Hicimos el masaje en pareja de 3 horas y valió muchísimo la pena. Las masajistas tenían mucha experiencia y sabían lo que hacían. Las instalaciones se ven un poco anticuadas, pero están bien mantenidas. El baño de flores y leche al final fue una linda manera de terminar el masaje. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

I got the 4-hour Pleasure Package. This place is quite large. When you arrive, the entrance is very welcoming and the staff there are very friendly. The 4 hours consisted of a foot bath, massage, face massage or hair cream bath, foot massage, body scrub, body mask, and flower bath with refreshments. It was really relaxing, the firmness of the massage was exactly how I liked it. The 4 hours are non-stop. So make sure you go to the bathroom before starting. If you have to go, it will take a couple of minutes away from your time.

The spa was clean. They offer a pick-up service from our hotel, and then directly to the airport afterwards, which was very efficient and helpful. We booked the 4-hour spa at the end of our 6-day trip, and it was the best decision. Our therapist was excellent at their work. They provide complimentary drinks at the start, and after the massage, you'll receive tea and snacks. You can also choose your preferred body scrub or aroma. Overall, we loved our experience here. It's about a 20-30 minute travel time to the airport.

Although the spa facilities were a bit old, they were well-maintained and clean, and all the reception staff were friendly. Since spa services can be case-by-case depending on the skill of the massage therapist, it's hard to give a definitive answer, but in our case, we would recommend it. My wife, in particular, said it was very good.

worth every penny. from welcome drink, to the end🫶 i choose the pleasure package coz I wanted to experience what was 4hrs massage likes and to my surprise it was excellent. From the massage, to the scrub, followed by petals dip. was 100 % relaxing. Rai, my therapist was amazing and knows the pressure point in every part of the body that made me relax and feel asleep. If you wanted a full package massage, this one is for you. I’ll probably come back again when I’ll visit Bali 🫶
