I made a reservation four days ago, and the 6 PM slot was sold out, so I chose 7 PM. The same-day tickets were also gone by 6:30 PM, so it's definitely better to book through Klook. The venue opens after the 6 PM show ends, so the entrance line started moving at 7 PM. Seating is guided from the upper rows. Those who arrive later are made to sit on the ground. Many people also ended up standing. Even if you get a seat, it's very cramped, so you're shoulder-to-shoulder with the person next to you. The 7 PM show started at 7:22 PM. The Kecak dance was absolutely wonderful. The front seats offer a closer and more impactful view of the performers. Both going to and from the venue, there was heavy traffic, but it was well worth seeing, even with that in mind. The sunset was also beautiful, and the waves crashing below the cliff were powerful. The temple is full of mischievous monkeys. My glasses were snatched from behind. It seems that if you're sitting, you're more likely to be targeted. Be careful of the monkeys.

We had a very good instructor!!! My son had never stood on a board before! This was his first experience. On his first try, my son was able to stay on the waves by himself. Many thanks to the instructor. We were a little late, but our agent wrote that they were waiting for us and we could still come. Thank you to the company for this ❤️

Our tour guide and pick-up driver were both very nice and punctual. Especially the tour guide, Bambang, he was very considerate and friendly throughout the entire trip. I feel incredibly lucky that we had him as our guide. I wish him all the best.

A must-visit when you're in Bali! The free shuttle service is a great bonus and makes getting there so convenient. The park is beautifully designed and set within a former limestone quarry, making excellent use of the natural landscape. It's an impressive attraction that's definitely worth visiting.

I had such an amazing experience with our drivers during our Bali trip! A huge thank you to Widi, who picked us up at 2:00 AM without a single complaint. He was punctual, friendly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. He brought us to the coffee tasting and Bali Swing, patiently waited for us at every stop, and even shared recommendations along the way. His kindness and professionalism made the day so enjoyable. A special shoutout as well to our Mt. Batur jeep driver, Maruta! Not only did he safely bring us up the mountain, but he also went above and beyond by taking so many incredible photos and videos for us. He knew all the best angles and viewpoints, and thanks to him, we now have beautiful memories to look back on. He was enthusiastic, patient, and truly made the sunrise experience unforgettable.Both of them exceeded our expectations and made our Bali adventure even more special. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting Bali. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Klook driver (hotel transfer) was also great. Him and his team Whatsapp me to confirm pickup time and location. This is really unlike my experience from traveloka tour, Klook is much better. Just take note the road to the mountain top for the sunrise tour is very very rocky. it is not suitable for pregnant woman and young kids and elderly(unless fit!)

This is my family’s first trip outside the country, and so far we have enjoyed it a lot. Especially my daughter — she is really having a great time and spends the whole day playing in the water without stopping. Even though the weather is hot, we don’t really feel it, maybe because there are a lot of trees surrounding the water park, which is great. We can even walk barefoot because the ground doesn’t feel hot. We ordered pineapple pizza, shakes, duck buns, ice cream, and a caffe latte — everything was delicious, but the best for us was the smoke burger. We ordered it three times but still feel like we want more. We just can’t get enough of it; it’s really delicious.

Bali Safari was awesome! But the Varoma restaurant was next level. The theatrical performance was incredible and the whole experience inside the restaurant made our stay top-notch, we bought the premium package and it was so worth it. In general, everything we saw at the Safari was awesome.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Jungle Club Ubud! The atmosphere is stunning — surrounded by lush greenery with breathtaking views that make it feel like a hidden paradise. The food and drinks were top-notch, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A special shoutout to our waiter, WINDU, who truly made our visit unforgettable. His service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. If you’re visiting Ubud, this place is a must-visit. Great vibes, great food, and even better service. Thank you, WINDU, for making our day so special!

Our driver was Edi. We had a early start but his communication the night before and the morning of was incredibly reassuring to us. He was an absolute delight and throughout the morning and day took care of us immensely. Overall this experience is most definitely anyone should consider. Lots of fun and a great day in general. By far my favourite was the rafting. my 16 year old loved the ATV Families with yound adults... great way to burn a day with the kids. Trust them to do the ATV on their own. Lunch was basic but wonderful cause it's something you don't need to worry about. Support the locals in anyway you can. 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Towels, foot covers, and shower facilities are provided. There's lemon water available in the waiting area. The girl at the service desk was very enthusiastic and friendly, always checking if we needed help. The package we purchased also included access to an exclusive club for burgers and pasta, which was an excellent value and a fantastic experience. If I could, I'd give it 100 stars! 😍 The kids said driving was fun and exciting, and they were very satisfied. Thank you, coach!
