Kokuo Family Massagem & Reflexologia em Jacarta

They were very easy to communicate with regarding reservations; I just had to translate what they sent via WhatsApp. They were very accommodating and pleasant. There was even a complimentary drink, and it was quite good. We felt great after the massage, and the ambiance really helps you relax. Will definitely go again. Thank you ❤️

I had a very nice massage. Convenient redemption. You get free drinks, pastries and Matcha ice cream afterwards too! You can book your preferred timeslots via Whatsapp, 3 hours in advance but usually if they’re not too full it should be fine

Un très bon endroit à visiter après une longue journée de marche. Offre de très bons massages et un endroit très propre et spacieux, donc si vous avez le temps, vous devez l'essayer.

The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. It was my first time having a massage from a visually impaired therapist, which was a bit surprising at first, but they were very skilled. I will use this service again. It's difficult to get a spot in the afternoon or evening without a prior reservation. The drink and bread service at the end was also excellent.

It was a great decision to go for a massage after the city tour. It was really good value for money, and the masseuse's pressure was incredibly refreshing. The free ice cream given after the massage was also delicious. They have many branches in Jakarta, so try going to one close to your accommodation for a massage.

The first thing you notice upon entering is the tranquility. The interior design strongly features Japanese Zen aesthetics—dim lighting, soothing essential oil aromas, and very soft background music. The cleanliness is also exceptional, from the lobby to the massage rooms.

It's still more cost-effective to buy vouchers in advance on Klook than to buy them on the spot. The platform's customer service was very thoughtful; due to severe traffic congestion, we needed to change our time at the last minute, and they arranged it quickly and properly through the platform's customer service. Looking forward to coming again next time. Atmosphere: Very leisurely Environment: Quiet and relaxing Massage therapist: Good technique

another amazing experience for having the tratment here. the therapist (mas Isrom) is so good at it. the ambience is nice, the room is well conditioned too and dont forget to get the complimentary beverages!

Very nice and friendly place with excellent service, and very inexpensive. You even get a free cup of coffee, and the coffee was excellent too. And for an hour massage plus a coffee you pay not much more as you would pay in the US for a cup of coffee

Voucher was issued within minutes after payment, can be used at the same day. Excellent therapist, frequently asking feedback if the pressure is sufficient. There is complimentary mineral water and hot/cold drink for customer.
