Bintan

This was my first time in Indonesia. I booked a last-minute snorkeling service, and the pickup location was incorrect, but customer service patiently helped me follow up. Our guide, Fendy, spoke excellent Chinese. From the moment he picked us up, he enthusiastically introduced us to the unique features of each attraction. He accompanied us throughout the entire trip, providing detailed explanations, which was truly wonderful! Visiting the mangrove forest was also a great experience; we saw snakes and lizards. My first snorkeling experience felt fantastic, and both Fendy and the snorkeling instructor were incredibly patient. The local seafood hawker stall Fendy took us to was also excellent and very cost-effective. It really shows the importance of a good guide! Everyone can confidently choose Fendy; he is witty, patient, and humorous.

Dive into paradise with Bintan Cool — it is a truly distinctive sea adventure from the Kelong, a traditional stilted structure rising above the sea. They offer free hotel pick‑up, friendly staff, clean bathroom, beverages, crystal clear water, spectacular sea view, and most importantly unforgettable underwater videos of vibrant fishes 🐠and coral. From the kelong base, we kayak across calm, clear waters to the mangrove coastline and back, dive in to snorkel among vibrant coral and colorful fishes (and Nemo 🐟). The staff were so professional and they took our underwater videos with the Nemo, it’s the highlight of this tour! We were so glad we add the underwater video in our package, it’s sooo worth it!

i feel it is value for money, it feels like I’m on a cruise. free flow of drinks, and a lot of food available. the buffet lunch is the highlight. even though it’s a buffet, but the plating and quality are great. It is also great to be able to have golf, archery lessons, free access sports…etc. the service is also great. cons is that we will not be able to enjoy those that require booking the day before, such as yoga. some other challenges for day pass user are: you will need to bring various clothes and foot wear, and will also be sweaty towards the end of day (i don’t know if there r any locker or shower facilities). that said, i still feel it is a good “day trip” for those who want to venture out and not stay in hotel for the whole trip.

This day trip was one of the best experiences of our Bintan Island journey. The itinerary was meticulously planned, perfectly blending natural scenery, cultural experiences, and local sightseeing. The views of the sand dunes and the Blue Lake were breathtaking and beautiful, with excellent photo opportunities everywhere. We also visited the Sleeping Buddha Temple, Guan Yin Temple, and the 500 Lohan Temple. Each location offered its unique history and a serene, peaceful atmosphere, making this cultural tour unforgettable. Exploring Tanjung Pinang gave us the chance to experience local life and gain a deeper understanding of the island's culture. The transportation was comfortable and convenient, and our driver was friendly, professional, and always punctual. He made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. We highly recommend this day trip to anyone looking to experience the essence of Bintan Island in a single day. It perfectly combines beautiful landscapes, cultural landmarks, and excellent service, offering incredible value for money!

Wycieczka po namorzynach i wycieczka na oglądanie świetlików były fantastyczne od początku do końca. Na obie wycieczki zostaliśmy odebrani bezpośrednio z Natra Bintan Resort, a po ich zakończeniu odwiezieni z powrotem, co sprawiło, że wszystko przebiegło gładko i bezproblemowo. Ogromne podziękowania dla naszego przewodnika, Eddy'ego, i kapitana łodzi, Paka Ah Boona. Tak bardzo podobała nam się dzienna wycieczka, że z przyjemnością mieliśmy ich ponownie podczas wycieczki na oglądanie świetlików! Ich bystre oczy pomogły nam dostrzec małpy srebrzyste (Lutung), warana, węże namorzynowe i zielone szczurze, (dużego!) zimorodka, strzelczyki, a także wiele krabów i ryb. Eddy był przyjazny, kompetentny i nauczył nas tak wiele o ekosystemie namorzynowym, pływach, dzikiej przyrodzie, palmach nipa, a nawet o tym, jak wytwarzano naturalny czerwony barwnik. Wycieczka na oglądanie świetlików była magiczna. Widzieliśmy niezliczone świetliki, delikatnie złapaliśmy kilka, zanim je wypuściliśmy, a Eddy wskazał nam nawet gwiazdy na czystym nocnym niebie. Podobała nam się każda minuta. Bezpieczna, edukacyjna i niezapomniana – gorąco polecam!

I carefully compared various products on Klook and decided on this one. I chose it because of the positive reviews from other users and the more economical price compared to other options, and it was a very satisfying tour! Our family of four, including two elementary school-aged children, participated, and it seems like it will be a great memory and valuable experience for the kids. Traveling through the mangrove forest by boat in the dark of night, and seeing fireflies in person for the first time, something I'd only heard about until adulthood, made it an even more special time. I was grateful that the guide caught fireflies and placed them in the children's hands, and moved us to several locations, even late at night, so we could see as many fireflies as possible. Additionally, the explanation about the fireflies' life cycle and characteristics was very informative. As it was our first tour, I was a bit flustered and forgot to give the guide a tip as a token of my appreciation (it's not mandatory), which was my only regret. I highly recommend this firefly tour to anyone considering it!!

W transporcie doszło do drobnego nieporozumienia. Jednak doświadczenie w SpaLab było WSPANIAŁE. Było tak dobrze. Mieliśmy masaż balijski, a terapeutka naprawdę skupiła się na naszych problematycznych obszarach ciała. Atmosfera była również dobra i uspokajająca. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, obsługa była świetna. Gorąco polecam!
