We only stayed one night, but we're already planning to return for our next stay. All of the staff are wonderful, especially Arbin (I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly) at the bar. He is incredibly hospitable and polite. Also, Einstein at breakfast has a friendly smile that's perfect for the morning. Thank you very much for your kindness, and we'll see you soon. Breakfast: Excellent. Local ingredients and fruits. The taro latte was the best; I had a second helping.

We recently stayed here as a family with my husband and our 22-month-old toddler, and it was such a wonderful experience. The kids’ facilities were truly amazing — our little one had the best time! The kids’ club offered a wide range of engaging activities that kept our toddler happily entertained, and the water splash area was definitely a highlight. It was thoughtfully designed, safe, and so much fun for young children. What made our stay even more special was the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensured both parents and child had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to families with young children and look forward to coming back again

Will definitely come back for another fun and relaxing getaway! We spent 4 nights there, the place is clean and beautiful, staffs are all friendly and helpful, good food variety and treasure bay is both calm and fun! Must try: Tentside BBQ, ATV, Waterpark 😍👍🏻 Easy to get around with buggy, and if you need to travel out of hotel, you can easily get a taxi with the hotel staff's help at lobby (Thanks Alfi!)

We had a wonderful stay at Nirwana Resort Hotel. The resort has beautiful surroundings, a relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was amazing with plenty of delicious options to choose from. A great choice for a relaxing getaway in Bintan!

The friendly and excellent service was greatly appreciated. Treasure bay is a huge theme park. I love the relaxing atmosphere, making it a good place for family outings.

Great place to stay if you looking for an affordable price of villa

Beautiful place and great hospitality from the staff. Expect a longer journey to the resort from the ferry terminal, and prepare more insect repellants for the mosquitoes in the outdoors.

Pros: large room, friendly staff, free shuttle to ferry terminal, aircon strong, free water bottle & toiletries provided, nice pool. Cons: 2-in-1 shower/shampoo, limited and old gym equipment.
