Beautiful place and great hospitality from the staff. Expect a longer journey to the resort from the ferry terminal, and prepare more insect repellants for the mosquitoes in the outdoors.

Will definitely come back for another fun and relaxing getaway! We spent 4 nights there, the place is clean and beautiful, staffs are all friendly and helpful, good food variety and treasure bay is both calm and fun! Must try: Tentside BBQ, ATV, Waterpark 😍👍🏻 Easy to get around with buggy, and if you need to travel out of hotel, you can easily get a taxi with the hotel staff's help at lobby (Thanks Alfi!)

Great place to stay if you looking for an affordable price of villa

thank you so much Holiday Inn Bintan. We came with our small kids age 3-7yo for my husband’s birthday. From the jetty to reception the staffs were welcoming and the check-in process was smooth. We came early and we had fun at the Mangrove club house before check-in. We booked the pool-access room and it was worth the money. The kids had fun playing at the pool, water playground, mangrove club house and the outdoor playground. Special thanks to Miss Mondri for arranging a special surprise for my husband. They even went beyond to surprise us at our room with cakes and balloons. The breakfast spread was ok. The tomyam noodles was delicious and kids eat for free. The beach was nearby and it was a shared property with Indigo Hotel. The beach was clean and calm water suitable for kids to play and swim around. We managed to book a spa session. Thank you to Miss Khadijah for a warm welcome and the massage. The kids sure had so much fun at Holiday Inn Bintan. We cant wait to come back again.

We only stayed one night, but we're already planning to return for our next stay. All of the staff are wonderful, especially Arbin (I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly) at the bar. He is incredibly hospitable and polite. Also, Einstein at breakfast has a friendly smile that's perfect for the morning. Thank you very much for your kindness, and we'll see you soon. Breakfast: Excellent. Local ingredients and fruits. The taro latte was the best; I had a second helping.

The friendly and excellent service was greatly appreciated. Treasure bay is a huge theme park. I love the relaxing atmosphere, making it a good place for family outings.

We had a wonderful stay at Nirwana Resort Hotel. The resort has beautiful surroundings, a relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was amazing with plenty of delicious options to choose from. A great choice for a relaxing getaway in Bintan!
