amazing stay in BT! We celebrated our anniversary and had a great time! definitely will come back again soon

Will definitely come back for another fun and relaxing getaway! We spent 4 nights there, the place is clean and beautiful, staffs are all friendly and helpful, good food variety and treasure bay is both calm and fun! Must try: Tentside BBQ, ATV, Waterpark 😍👍🏻 Easy to get around with buggy, and if you need to travel out of hotel, you can easily get a taxi with the hotel staff's help at lobby (Thanks Alfi!)

Lovely and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Bintan. Close proximity with free shuttles to-fro the ferry terminal and Plaza Lagoi. Friendly staff. Great variety of facilities esp suited for kids - kids club with hourly activities/movie room and babysitting services available, indoor+outdoor dry+ wet playgrounds, games room with several games including pool table, fooseball table, presidential shuffleboard table, PS5, complimentary bicycles with child seats ard the resort, and buggy services to the linked sister Hotel Indigo. Appreciate the staff including rm service (Harriman) and front lobby/buggy driver (Baim) etc for helping to make our stay pleasant. Suggest to include kids amenities e.g kids bedroom slippers in future.

we had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo though it was just a short 3D2N getaway. the staff were all very attentive to our needs. thumbs up and a big thank you to the following staff: Adele, Candra, Muthia, Ranti for the wonderful service. It feels so welcoming to be at Hotel Indigo. also special mention to the staff at the Stix restaurant, food was excellently prepared by the chef, and we were hosted by Fandy and Asmil . our boys truly enjoyed the food there and we had dinner 2 days in a row at the same restaurant. our kids even missed the “Gors Gors” when they back home.

Enjoyed the relaxing stay there. service was wonderful and the spa was amazing. food at Rica Rica was also splendid. kids club could keep the kids entertained while the grown ups took a break. place was quite far from the city though with no access to grab or GOJEK so you’ll require private hires which are easily available.

Pros: large room, friendly staff, free shuttle to ferry terminal, aircon strong, free water bottle & toiletries provided, nice pool. Cons: 2-in-1 shower/shampoo, limited and old gym equipment.

This is our 2nd time coming back to stay with Pantai Indah. previously we booked with booking.com, this time via klook. Services are top-notch. The reason we booked also because the villa is very spacious and big with a big pool for kids to play. clean rooms and very fast buggy services. very convenient as there is an in-house restaurant, price is considered comparable to restaurants in Plaza Lagoi if you are lazy to go out to plaza lagoi. They provide in-room dining services as well. very chill place. will come back again.
