There was a litte miscomm in transport. However the experience at SpaLab was SUPERB. It was sooo good. We did Balinese massage and the therapist really work on our focus area of our body. The ambience was good and calming as well. Overall, the service was great. Highly recommended!

The consultation was quite thorough. The therapists made sure that our desired areas of focus were acknowledged and always made it a point to ask if we were comfortable with how they did the massages.

Had an amazing experience at D Bintan Salon and Spa! My wife and I tried the Snow White body treatment after our ATV experience, and it was so relaxing and refreshing. I would like to say a huge thank you to our guide Diki , he was very attentive and easy to communicate with. He is good at taking pictures and videos. Such a bright guide. The journey was smooth and we enjoyed every moment! A huge recommendation to try this experience, lots of fish and sea creatures. We managed to catch fish and enjoy the beautiful ocean breeze on the Keelong. I suggest you personally ask for Diki as your tour guide when you confirm your booking, he is honestly the best!

This is my third time snorkeling in Bintan. It was the first time I received a message from you before the pickup time, and you even sent a message saying you'd arrive in a few minutes! This allowed me to prepare at ease :) The snorkeling was great, and the coffee, water, and ramen were also good, which was a nice touch, haha. I'll definitely use your service again next time I visit! The driver was the best! He drove well, and I really appreciated that he provided explanations without making me feel pressured!

i feel it is value for money, it feels like I’m on a cruise. free flow of drinks, and a lot of food available. the buffet lunch is the highlight. even though it’s a buffet, but the plating and quality are great. It is also great to be able to have golf, archery lessons, free access sports…etc. the service is also great. cons is that we will not be able to enjoy those that require booking the day before, such as yoga. some other challenges for day pass user are: you will need to bring various clothes and foot wear, and will also be sweaty towards the end of day (i don’t know if there r any locker or shower facilities). that said, i still feel it is a good “day trip” for those who want to venture out and not stay in hotel for the whole trip.

The transportation was comfortable and convenient, and our driver was friendly, professional, and always punctual. He made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. We highly recommend this day trip to anyone looking to experience the essence of Bintan Island in a single day. It perfectly combines beautiful landscapes, cultural landmarks, and excellent service, offering incredible value for money!

The ferry from Singapore to Batam Island, Indonesia, takes only one hour. Upon arrival, it's very convenient to apply for an Indonesian visa on arrival. There's no assigned seating on the ferry, so you can choose any spot you like. The air conditioning is quite cool, and you can check in luggage 🧳. I highly recommend it to everyone.
