Bintan

This was my solo trip to Bintan for the first time, Mr Surya was my driver. I thought it was a shared trip since I booked for 1 person . when i got to know the admin gave me a whole car (7 seater) with driver/tour Guide was a pleasant to chitchats with him and Mr Surya was very Good in navigating and recommedating for foodcorners (warungs) , massage Centre and all. The evening I was missed my Mangrove boat ride since Its already 6pm PLUS. But after spoke to the admin , he agreed me to bring to the Mangrove boat ride (Individual charge not include with the trip) and drop off to the terminal for free of fuel charge. I’ll sure recommend to my family & Friends. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

diki/dicky was so warm welcoming friendly upon our arrival. and he talked about Bintan. We were talking non stop. He also helped us took a photo n video! Blue lake was amazingly surprised!!! There’s a photographer too and he was so friendly ! Went to buy some souvenirs, massage too!! I had so much fun upon my arriving till the end of my journey in Bintan. will book it again ! RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE!!

मैंग्रोव टूर और जुगनू टूर शुरू से अंत तक शानदार थे। हमें दोनों टूर के लिए नटरा बिनतान रिज़ॉर्ट से सीधे पिकअप किया गया और बाद में वापस छोड़ दिया गया, जिससे सब कुछ सहज और परेशानी मुक्त हो गया। हमारे गाइड, एडी, और नाव के कप्तान, पाक आह बून को बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद। हमने दिन के टूर का इतना आनंद लिया कि हमें जुगनू टूर के लिए उन्हें फिर से पाकर बहुत खुशी हुई! उनकी तेज़ नज़रों ने हमें सिल्वर लीफ बंदर (लुटुंग), एक मॉनिटर छिपकली, मैंग्रोव और हरे चूहे के सांप, एक (बड़ा!) किंगफिशर, आर्चर मछली, और कई केकड़े और मछलियाँ देखने में मदद की। एडी मिलनसार, जानकार थे, और उन्होंने हमें मैंग्रोव पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र, ज्वार, वन्यजीव, निपा ताड़, और यहाँ तक कि प्राकृतिक लाल रंग कैसे बनाया जाता है, इसके बारे में बहुत कुछ सिखाया। जुगनू टूर जादुई था। हमने अनगिनत जुगनू देखे, उन्हें छोड़ने से पहले कुछ को धीरे से पकड़ा, और एडी ने साफ रात के आकाश में तारों की ओर भी इशारा किया। हमें हर पल बहुत पसंद आया। सुरक्षित, शिक्षाप्रद और अविस्मरणीय—अत्यधिक अनुशंसित!

This was my first time in Indonesia. I booked a last-minute snorkeling service, and the pickup location was incorrect, but customer service patiently helped me follow up. Our guide, Fendy, spoke excellent Chinese. From the moment he picked us up, he enthusiastically introduced us to the unique features of each attraction. He accompanied us throughout the entire trip, providing detailed explanations, which was truly wonderful! Visiting the mangrove forest was also a great experience; we saw snakes and lizards. My first snorkeling experience felt fantastic, and both Fendy and the snorkeling instructor were incredibly patient. The local seafood hawker stall Fendy took us to was also excellent and very cost-effective. It really shows the importance of a good guide! Everyone can confidently choose Fendy; he is witty, patient, and humorous.

easy redemption of tickets over counter. nice lagoon with friendly staff and good communication in English. Only downside is the shower room water pressure is very low. shower room has hairdryer too.

Amazing Nature Tour in Bintan! Our trip to Bintan was truly enjoyable and well organized. The Mangrove Tour was peaceful and relaxing, allowing us to experience the beauty of nature while spotting wildlife along the river. It was a unique and memorable experience. The visit to the Blue Lake was equally impressive. The crystal-clear blue water and stunning scenery made it one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect place to relax and capture beautiful photos. We would also like to thank our driver for the excellent service. He was very friendly, polite, and professional throughout the day. He drove safely, arrived on time, and made sure we were comfortable during the entire journey. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bintan. Great service, beautiful destinations, and wonderful memories. We would definitely choose this tour again on our next visit!

My wife & I have a wonderful experience! Although the weather is very hot as we booked the 1330hrs tour(29-Jul-26), we managed to capture alot of mangrove snakes photos and even the sighting of a crocodile. Madam Jamilah was a great guide along with the boatman.(Apologies because i forgot his name). Their eyes were sharp in those sightings. Thank you for the memorable experience.

There was a litte miscomm in transport. However the experience at SpaLab was SUPERB. It was sooo good. We did Balinese massage and the therapist really work on our focus area of our body. The ambience was good and calming as well. Overall, the service was great. Highly recommended!

Absolute must try experience in Bintan! Driver came to our hotel to pick us up, he arrived on time and told us the estimated duration needed to arrive at the place. It took about 25-30mins to reach and the place is beautiful with bamboos everywhere. The ATV car itself can be difficult to handle at first but once you get the hang of how much to accelerate etc, you will be fine. The guide is also really helpful and experienced - the most surprising part was that throughout the whole ride, he kept taking photos and videos of us while ensuring that we are safe. The track is pretty smooth, there are some puddles here and there but nothing too crazy. Overall, a very fun experience and highly recommended!
