pandu is the best private guide for tour and is very kind for us. Our driver - Pandu arrived right on time, and the private transfer was clean and comfortable. Our guide - Pandu was incredibly patient, set a comfortable hiking pace, and constantly ensured our safety along the trail. Reaching the summit for the stunning views was unforgettable, and our friend - Pandu even took amazing photos for us. Exceptional organization from start to finish—we felt completely cared for throughout the day. Highly recommended! Pandu is the best tour guide in here!!!!!!

यह एक बहुत अच्छा दौरा था। हमें मुफ्त में कॉफी/चाय का स्वाद चखने को भी मिला। हमारे पास गेडे नाम का सबसे अच्छा गाइड था, वह बहुत धैर्यवान था और हमारी यात्रा को यथासंभव बेहतरीन बनाने के लिए उसने अपनी पूरी कोशिश की! यदि आपको सक्रिय गतिविधि पसंद है तो मैं इस दौरे की अत्यधिक अनुशंसा करूंगा। दोपहर के भोजन के लिए खाना भी बहुत अच्छा था। हम अपनी गति के अनुसार चले, इसलिए बिल्कुल भी कोई जल्दबाजी नहीं थी।

Thank you so much to Oktova, our wonderful guide!
He picked us up at 7:00 a.m., and we started the day with an ATV ride. After that, we stopped at a coffee shop, where we enjoyed nasi goreng, mie goreng, and a coffee tasting experience.
Next, we visited the rice terraces, changed into beautiful dresses, and tried the swing. Oktova stayed with us throughout the day and took lots of photos and videos for us, which made the experience even more memorable.
We also really enjoyed chatting with him in the car. He taught us some Indonesian words and recommended some great local restaurants.
Thanks to Oktova, we had such a fun and memorable day in Bali. Thank you so much for making our trip even more special!

1. Our Guides: Komang and Coco were honestly the sweetest! They were so kind, friendly, and fun to be around that we enjoyed their company throughout the day. They even clicked some really nice pictures of my sister and me, which we absolutely loved. They made us feel comfortable and made the whole experience so much better. Couldn’t have asked for better guides!
2. The Tour & Flexibility: One thing we really appreciated was how flexible the tour was. It didn’t feel like we were just following a fixed itinerary; it was more about enjoying the day at our own pace. My sister and I barely slept the night before, so we got tired pretty early and had to skip the coffee plantation visit. Thankfully, the tour was flexible enough for us to adjust our plans without feeling rushed. We really appreciated that!
3. Overall Experience: Apart from the delayed service at Kintamani Cafe, everything was just perfect. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali! ✨

Truly wonderful service! 👍👍👍 The Japanese-speaking guide, Sirma, speaks very good Japanese, and is a bright, extremely charming woman ♥️♥️♥️ In the car on the way, we had a lively chat sharing personal stories (laughs). The itinerary I planned was: swing at Uma Pakel (noted as U fanfield) -> purification experience at Pura Tirta Empul -> Ubud Palace -> shopping spree for souvenirs at Bintang Supermarket 😆🎶 This took up almost the entire 10 hours. Especially at Pura Tirta Empul, as a first-time tourist, I wouldn't have known the proper timing for offerings or worship etiquette, but Sirma taught me everything, took lots of photos and videos during the purification ritual, and even let me participate in prayers inside the main hall where only devout local believers were present. Thanks to Sirma, I had a very meaningful time 😃💕✨ If you are planning a purification ritual at Pura Tirta Empul, I highly recommend joining this tour! ‼️ Thank you so much, Sirma 🎵 I love you! 😍💓💓

We had an incredible day today with Margon. Our first day of Ubud was a little disheartening. We greatly appreciate Margon for turning our experience here into something worth remembering. Margon is extremely knowledgeable about every place we visited which my husband and I really enjoyed, we love to learn as much as possible about the places we visit.
Fantastic communicator! He was highly engaged, effortlessly kept the conversation flowing, and asked thoughtful questions that made for a truly collaborative dialogue. He is also incredibly kind and considerate he always opened the door for me while entering and exiting the car. My husband and I look forward to scheduling a trip with him again before we leave Bali. The most Highlighted Part of the day was Our Driver - Agus . the dedicated passion , spirt of enthusiasm and customer service Satisfaction, not just five stars he deserves 100 Stars . Would love to book this trip again , Atv was good but not great, The Bali Bintang Rafting is the most thrilling adventure so far , must try package for Ubud

We had an amazing time with De Batur! We made 4 stops plus 3 side quests. He took us to Baturiti Luwak Coffee where we received a class on a local coffee plantation and drank so many samples. We also made a quick stop to see the monkeys on the side of the road. I highly recommend this trip!
