They have hairstyles for both short and long hair, tons of kimono options in all sizes, from petite to plus size, and SO many cute accessories to choose from! If you’re planning to visit Kiyomizu-dera in Kyoto, this shop is super conveniently located right near the entrance path. They also offer makeup services! I didn’t get my makeup done, but I saw other customers’ looks and they were GORGEOUS!! very flattering for Asian features. The kimonos range from bright, vibrant colors to elegant lace and ruffle designs. And the hair accessories? SO MANY options!! It’s even more fun when you dress up with your besties or match with your partner. Everyone looks at you so fondly when you walk around in a kimono, so don’t be surprised if people ask to take photos with you or stop to chat! My wife and I booked the kimono rental here today. There was a large and beautiful selection of various kimonos. Although it was quite crowded, everything worked out in the end, and everyone was very friendly. However, choosing and getting dressed took a little longer than originally expected. We were also completely satisfied with the selection of kimonos, including the accessories. My wife's hair turned out very nicely as well. Afterwards, we had also booked a photoshoot, which was very satisfactory. Our photographer Momo was great, too. Thanks again for everything!

We had such an amazing experience during our Kyoto photoshoot. From the beginning, Mr. Kai made us feel comfortable and guided us naturally through every pose, which helped us enjoy the moment instead of worrying about the camera. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful — every shot captured the atmosphere of Kyoto, the details of our outfits, and the emotions of the day perfectly.

The experience was fun for the whole family. It wasn't too difficult to shave the wood, even for my 8 yr old. We chose Sugi, Walnut, Sakura, and Purple Heart. Victor K. was very helpful, professional, and patient. He provided clear instructions and helpful hints to make the beautiful chopsticks. You can tell he truly enjoys the craft of making chopsticks. The personalized engraving was a fun extra we all loved.

THIS WAS FANTASTIC! Not only was it affordable but it was funny, taught us so much and allowed my husband to step back into the ring even for a few seconds! An amazing time and I will definitely be recommending this experience to my clients and followers!

The Kimono is definitely high quality. I enjoyed the experience and extremely beautiful when worn. They help you with the belt of the kimono then style your hair to your preference.
