We had a truly wonderful experience. The guide was very enthusiastic and happily taught us how to ski, let us experience different runs, and was very professional in ski instruction, ensuring the safety of the players. Experiencing downhill skiing at Teine Ski Resort in Hokkaido was a thrilling and unforgettable first-time experience. The ski resort is large-scale with soft, fine snow, so even beginners won't get hurt too much if they fall, which makes them more willing to try. The instructor explained everything clearly, guiding us step-by-step from putting on equipment and standing up to turning and braking, making the learning process much more reassuring. At first, I kept falling and my whole body was tense, but as I gradually got the hang of my balance and was able to ski smoothly, I felt a real sense of accomplishment. Riding the gondola uphill allowed me to enjoy the vast snowscape and distant mountain views along the way, which relaxed me. Overall, Teine Ski Resort is perfect for beginners and travelers who want to challenge themselves, making it the most exciting and unforgettable stop on my Hokkaido trip.

Led by a Chinese guide fluent in English, safely traveled by bus with people of various nationalities. They even kindly supported us with renting equipment. The guide was really friendly and provided a lot of useful information. We were lucky with the weather, and everyone on the bus kept their time commitments, so we returned to the city center early. Highly recommend!

We had a total of 5 students taking Coach Lao Gao's course this time. Because we were all beginners, Coach Lao Gao showed incredible patience. From the beginning, he was very careful with putting on helmets, snowboards, and snow boots. He also provided each student with one-on-one instruction and practice time. Coach Lao Gao constantly looked back to check on the practice of each student. Because of his dedicated guidance, passersby came to inquire about booking Coach Lao Gao's course.
Overall, I give Coach Lao Gao's teaching a perfect score for satisfaction. However, Klook's course contact department was a bit inconvenient and not timely. We didn't get in touch until the day of skiing. From the completion of the booking to the day of skiing, we didn't know if a coach had been arranged for us during the entire process. Coach Lao Gao is highly recommended! Loving education without pressure, which made us ski with confidence.

A must-buy before your ski session! Purchasing the lift tickets through this platform was one of the best decisions I made. The price is significantly cheaper compared to buying directly at the counter on the actual ski day. The savings were substantial, and the whole process was smooth and convenient.
The voucher redemption was straightforward. Highly recommended for anyone planning to ski with great value, hassle-free, and definitely worth securing in advance.

The quality of the ski wear and equipment is very good. It's convenient that they deliver to the hotel, and they contact you in advance the day before. I had to allow something in WhatsApp to receive messages, and I saw it late at night and missed the meeting time, but they still delivered it early the next morning. For returns, you can just leave it at the hotel, and they will pick it up. Considering the prices in Niseko, it doesn't seem that expensive since they provide helmets and goggles. I only brought my ski gloves with me.

Booked a 6-hour (including 1-hour lunch) snowboarding lesson on Klook, and had Joanne as our instructor on the day, which was a fantastic experience! We took the class at the Kitano Mine ski resort, and the instructor was very patient, carefully pointing out the areas where we needed to pay attention to and improve our movements. She also gave us appropriate rest time when she saw that we were tired and took many beautiful photos for us! I would definitely recommend booking these courses and Joanne as your instructor to all skiing enthusiasts who are interested in skiing or want to improve their movements!

The bus that was supposed to pick us up left without us because we were at the wrong spot. We should have been in front of the hotel, but we were at the back! Luckily, the owner was considerate enough to honor our booking anyway. Since we were in the Susukino area—only 30 minutes away—we took a taxi to get there. The package was expensive, but the experience was priceless.
