- This vehicle is not stroller-friendly
- In the event of flight delays or cancellations, the bus departure time may be adjusted as an emergency measure.
- If a delay or cancellation of a flight makes it impossible for a passenger to board the bus on the scheduled departure date, the bus may be transferred to the next day or later, or another means of transportation may be provided (at the expense of the passenger). In such a case, however, bus company will not be liable for any costs incurred by the customer.
- Food, drinks and smoking are not allowed in the vehicle
- When booking your bus time, please make sure to allow plenty of time for your Airplane-to-Bus or Bus-to-Airplane connection. Sure — here’s a short review: Took the bus from New Chitose Airport to Naturawald Furano Hotel. The price was reasonable, the bus was very clean, and it stopped right in front of our hotel, which was super convenient. Smooth and hassle-free ride overall.
I booked the bus for the Shin Furano hotel to Sapporo direction and it was very convenient and comfortable. Near the departure time, we just need to reach out to a staff sitting at the corner, nearby the hotel reception desk. The staff will then guide us to the bus. The bus took about 3 hour journey, and at halfway it will stop at a rest stop for about 15 mins. Overall a very smooth journey.

The driver was very skilful in his driving in the snowy condition. The speed was constant and not bumpy at all. Above all, the road to Furano is simply too captiving with many nice instagramable photos !
most efficient way to get to Furano from CTS airport. bus was on time and kindly waited 10 min as our flight was delayed. smooth journey with a comfortable and clean bus. there is 1 toilet stop about an hour in.
I am glad that I booked the resort liner ticket before the trip because on the actual day, the ticket may be fully booked and no walk in purchase is possible. The counter is easily located, it’s at the Tour Desk right beside the exit of the International Arrivals. Staffs at the counter were helpful and we just need to be there 15 minutes before then scheduled time , the staff will bring everyone to the designated door of the bus. The bus ride was also comfortable and pretty on time for the arrival.
The shuttle service in front of the Natural Hotel (JR) is super convenient, and the driver is very steady. You can get to the airport early and do some shopping!
It takes about 4 hours from the airport. At first, I couldn't find the pick-up point. It's quite far from the domestic landing area. Walk out, turn left, go outside the building, and then enter another building. Keep going straight, and there are tour desks on the left-hand side. There are several of them, so try asking them, and you'll find it.
an easy great experience taking us directly from hotel to hotel with one rest stop.
