One of the best experiences I had in Tokyo, Japan. Mao, our guide, was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. She showed us the highlights of Shibuya and some hidden spots to help us appreciate the city more. Victoria, her assistant, was also really nice and friendly. You need to buy tickets about 14-15 days in advance to get a good time. I booked two separate days and times because I was hoping to do one at sunset and another at night. even though I went on the site immediately when tickets were available, all the sunset optiobs were sold out. I thought going 1.5 hours early would be okay since there was a bar upstairs. but the it was so crowded that we couldn’t find space to sit & it was far to hot (late August) to stay in tge roof until sunset. so we took our pics and left. the following night was much better. I booked a 1940 time slot was much better. It was cooler, they had a light show and the skyline was incredible!!!

This was an AWESOME experience. Hiyori was my teacher is she was super sweet and encouraging. I never felt rushed and was always supported. As an English speaker, everyone spoke English wonderfully. All the staff were nice and connected with everyone they spoke too. I also came alone and it was not weird.

Had a fun time! We had 15 people in our tour group. checked out an Izakaya and our host ordered different food and drinks for us. Was good trying out different yakatoris. We then did a sake tasting at our second spot, and that was interesting tasting them all. Then we ended the night at a small karaoke bar. My friend and I had to cut it short, but we had a good time.
