Shinjuku Robatayaki Restaurant Robata Sho Tokyo

I was trying to make a reservation at Robata Sho for a while. After trying other sites, the restaurant would not answer phone calls. I was able to book the reservation on Klook. However, only the kinki and wagyu courses were offered. I would have preferred to have ordered à la carte at the restaurant (although the kinki course was quite good). The service and atmosphere were also very good. The manager, Koji Maruyama, was very nice. He offered to take our call directly if the restaurant doesn't answer the phone.

It was a wonderful dining experience; the chefs were delightful, and so were the servers. The atmosphere was very cheerful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Throughout the meal, I felt uplifted and couldn't help but feel happy. Thank you for running such a fantastic restaurant.

Five-star review! The staff is polite and the food quality is high. The Kinki fish was unexpectedly delicious. Possibly due to being grilled to order, the service was a bit slow. The meal took two hours, allowing us to enjoy the food at a leisurely pace. I'll come again next time.

Take the fish course!! They asked whether we would like the fish with salt or a traditional Japanese sauce. We chose the one with the sauce. Delicious 10/10!! Drinks are included in the package. Definitely money worth $$$ The restaurant was quite crowded and the staff cheered whenever there was a sale. So, this might not be suitable if you are sensitive to sounds

The dining experience was amazing! The food was delicious, the environment was wonderful, the atmosphere was excellent, and the staff was super enthusiastic. They were also very attentive to the customers' needs (they really knew how to read the room)! Overall, I have to give it a perfect score! It was great! The highlights of the meal included faces, so I won't attach them! The Kinki fish was amazing!

Really good food, drinks included and, honestly, amazing value for money. The atmosphere was great, you get to watch your meal being prepared by the chef at the grill/station in front of you. We had the Kinki fish, I'd totally go back and try the beef option next time! (If you're not a fan of eating a whole fish with the head on with chopsticks, maybe just go with the beef 😅)

tsubasa is the best. this guy is just the kind of friend anyone would want. life of the party. amazing food and never ending food. I couldn't finish it all. high quality tempura, fish, potato salad best I ever had, beef, kabocha. im coming back!

Delicious food, friendly and entertaining staff, and great vibes and atmosphere — it couldn’t have been any better.

This place is super delicious, I highly recommend it to everyone! The staff are all lively, cute, and very interactive. Plus, it's conveniently located near downtown shopping! It's worth it.
