With the Japanese Yen so low, when you go to Japan... shop... shop... shop! It would be a shame not to visit Matsumoto Kiyoshi. It's the best place for cosmetics and medicine. You can get free zero-yen coupons on Klook beforehand, and use them instantly. It's convenient, fast, and very easy to redeem. There are so many Matsumoto Kiyoshi branches in Japan, there's always one nearby!

I'm at Matsumoto Kiyoshi in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. They have staff who speak Chinese and are very helpful in guiding customers on how to use coupons. However, the eSIM internet speed I got with my purchase is terrible. If I hadn't already pre-loaded the coupons, I think I would have been stuck at the register for a long time trying to log in on the website (I have painful memories of awkward conversations with staff at Don Quijote and Indian stores). Anyway, I wish I had known that Klook lets you save them in the app beforehand! Awesome!
