Tokyo: Shibuya Sumo Show with Drink and Photo

this was super worth it! we learned so much about the sumo sport and it was entertaining the entire time. my 7 year old also has a blast. next time, we hope we get lucky enough to challenge the wrestlers ourselves!

Shane and Jasmine did an amazing job hosting the show. Koji and Edo are great summo wrestlers. I get selected to fight one as well. must do when you are in Shibuya and Tokyo

Kristin the emcee was a gem and very engaging! she kept the sumo's energy up although it was an early 930am slot. the sumos were also very sporting and fun to watch, we enjoyed and were engaged throughout. 90 mins flew by really quickly too. Would recommend this activity especially with the rainy weather :)

We had a very great time at Shibuya Sumo Club! It was such a fun experience for the whole family, especially for my little one. He loved watching the sumo matches and was so excited when he got the chance to join the show and wrestle with the strong sumo wrestler, Mr. Tyse. That was definitely the highlight of the day for him! The host, Rio, was also super funny and friendly, and he made the whole show even more fun and entertaining. He really knew how to keep everyone involved and create a great atmosphere. We all had a wonderful time, and I’d highly recommend it to families looking for something fun and different to do in Tokyo!

We had such a lovely and memorable time experiencing the amazing tradition of sumo! Theo and Rio were fantastic MCs, making the whole show fun and interactive. Special mention to Hiro and Koji too! We celebrated my brother’s birthday here, and he absolutely loved every moment, which made the experience even more special for us. A great mix of culture, laughter, and entertainment. Definitely one of the highlights of our Japan trip. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was lively, the wrestlers were impressive, and it was a great way to experience something you don’t get to see every day. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something different to do in Tokyo!

The show was great. We learned about Sumo History, Sumo traditions and experience a live match. Rio was a great host and kept the energy high. I won the lottery and got to sumo wrestle Koji! He was a real tough opponent but I won! Great experience to have in Japan, I highly recommend.

We went to the 930am Sunday show. it was a lot of fun and we learned a lot. if you buy the front row seats your pretty much on the ring. I don’t think there is a bad seat in the house for the cheaper option!
