Conveniently located near Yokohama Station with easy access to transportation. The hotel breakfast is delicious, featuring a daily rotating selection of miso soup. The service staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious with excellent amenities. The beds are very comfortable, with two pillows of different firmness levels provided. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from Sakuragicho Station. The ocean view is beautiful, especially at night. The rooms are clean but on the smaller side. The hotel is much newer than the photos suggest. The twin room is 16.5 square meters, which is comfortable for two people. When you arrive at Yokohama Station, don't rush to tap out. It's best to find the "KK Keikyu Line North Exit." Once you tap out, "East Exit A" will be on your left. There are escalators and elevators. Take it to the first floor and walk straight for two minutes to reach the hotel. Otherwise, if you exit from the Central Exit, you'll need to go to the "N Passage West Exit," walk to the end, and there will be escalators or elevators on the right. Take it to B2, and after exiting the elevator, walk straight to find directions to East Exit A. Walk to the end, and there's an elevator to B1. After exiting the elevator, turn right and walk straight to reach East Exit A. The hotel breakfast is at a cafe on the first floor that's open to the public. There are three set menus to choose from, and they're all delicious. You can also take it to go. Taking the direct bus to Disneyland is super convenient and comfortable, only 45 minutes! You can enjoy breakfast on the bus, and on the way back, you can sleep soundly and get off when you arrive.

I enjoyed my previous visit so much that I came back again. First of all, it's clean and the location is great. Even though it's in a bustling area, the room is quiet. My favorite thing was the scented bath salts available for the bathtub – sprinkling them in and taking a bath left me feeling so refreshed and good. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy using the machine, and I loved everything about this place without any complaints. Parking nearby was a short 5-minute walk away, and there was an inexpensive option there. Also, since it's located in a lively area, it's really great to have restaurants, convenience stores, and bars all nearby! ^^

Staying at this hotel was one of the best decisions I made during my Japan trip. The service was exceptional—staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Even though I don’t speak fluent Japanese, communication was smooth and they made sure I felt taken care of. The room was clean, peaceful, and beautifully simple—just the way I imagined a Japanese hotel to be. The bed was super comfy, and small details like the green tea set, bidet, and indoor slippers made the experience feel thoughtful and complete. What I loved most was the location. The train station was nearby, and everything I needed was within walking distance—convenience stores, restaurants, and even some hidden local gems. It was the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. A nice mix of traditional Japanese food and Western options, fresh and satisfying every morning. Overall, I felt safe, relaxed, and well cared for. The location is quite convenient, about a five-minute walk from Odori Station, and there's an elevator to get to the subway. There's a 7-Eleven along the way, and a Lawson's right across from the hotel that we visited every day. We brought our 14 and 11-year-old kids, and the booking site suggested a triple room. Check-in was at 8 PM, and the front desk was so dimly lit, it was hard to sign the documents with my presbyopia😅. They photocopied all four of our passports and pre-authorized the credit card; it felt like a very cautious hotel. However, our 11-year-old felt ignored – amenities like toothbrushes and slippers were only provided for three people. Although children under 12 stay free, it felt a bit neglectful and not very thoughtful, not really a family-friendly hotel. However, the hotel cleanliness was excellent, which at least made us feel somewhat satisfied.

The staff was welcoming, and the location is very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the station. There are plenty of food options around the hotel.
