The hotel is just adjacent to Minatomirai station, and around 15 minutes walk to JR Sakurakicho station. The hotel is clean and my room type is equipped with washing machine and microwave which are really cool.

The hotel itself is beautiful and has a very pleasant atmosphere. However, we were quite disappointed with the swimming pool policy. The opening hours are already quite inconvenient, but what surprised us the most was that children are not allowed to use the pool, even when accompanied and supervised by an adult. We also found the 140 cm minimum height requirement very difficult to understand, as it excludes many children who are perfectly capable of swimming under adult supervision. For a hotel welcoming families, we found this policy extremely disappointing and unnecessarily restrictive. It definitely affected our overall experience.

we enjoyed our three night stay. the room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The location and view are incredible. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better. a shout-out to our breakfast table staff, who offered helpful visitor information in excellent English. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Yokohama.
