Excellence and helpful front desk services. Very efficient. Many thanks for the good arrangement of rooms, 3 adjacent rooms on the same floor. Clean and very comfortable room. Breakfast is awesome, have a choice of japanese or western set. The only disappointment is that the staff started collecting food and drink from the self service table quite early before beeakfast end time.

This being my second time using this hotel after staying there many times in residential room 😘 the facilities like washer & dryer + kitchen’s essential for 4 days beyond 2024 BUT abit disappointing that the room air conditioning is set to default mode that was very annoying with the noises of on/off regularly … didn’t have such issues when we’re there in 2024 🥺😔… also noted staff was not too friendly compared with 2024 🥺😔

a new and clean hotel. conviniently located next to Yokohama station. albeit this need to note the hotel actually starts from the 4th of the building where it is situated. so finding it first time might be a bit of challenge.

very convenient location. was a little bit hard to find because the entrance of the hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building. other than the little hiccup in the beginning, the stay was very enjoyable. the room was small but has everything we need and space enough for two people with two medium size luggages. Will definitely come back to this.
