We had a great four-night stay in this hotel, which stands out for its spaciousness compared to typical, more cramped accommodations. The property was impeccably clean and well-organized, featuring a dedicated floor for laundry, a microwave, and complimentary ice, alongside the added convenience of a vending machine on every floor. While the bathroom was functional and clean, the space there was a bit limited compared to the otherwise roomy layout. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and we appreciated the flexibility of being allowed an early check-in for a nominal fee.

nice location and friendly staff. breakfast is good too, would be better if got onsen/sento facilities.

this hotel is nice and not to expensive! the location does not have that much to do and it is a 5-10 minute walk to the train station! Overall was a nice stay and would stay again but it is kind of far from a lot of attractions.

Even though I don’t speak fluent Japanese, communication was smooth and they made sure I felt taken care of. The room was clean, peaceful, and beautifully simple—just the way I imagined a Japanese hotel to be. The bed was super comfy, and small details like the green tea set, bidet, and indoor slippers made the experience feel thoughtful and complete. What I loved most was the location. The train station was nearby, and everything I needed was within walking distance—convenience stores, restaurants, and even some hidden local gems. It was the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. A nice mix of traditional Japanese food and Western options, fresh and satisfying every morning. Overall, I felt safe, relaxed, and well cared for. Proximit to shopping center and welcoming staff. Location is also nice since you can see a line of sakura trees outside the window...Viewing will be much nice during Sakura season. Will surely book again. Thanks

The location of the hotel was easy to find. It is near the train station so very accessible to tourist areas. I had a great experience. The room was clean and a bit small. The staff was very accommodating.
