It is very easy to use the digital tickets and we can hop on and off the bus and subway lines at your convenience and pace. It's a must to use when sightseeing in Yokohama. The only disadvantage is that it does not cover the Minato Mirai line which we used to get to Mayo Club Yokohama.

This is so convenient! It would be perfect if it included future subway lines! It seems like the tourist bus stops are hard to find, and it feels like the bus drivers don't always stop at the stops on the route. Thankfully, you can ride other city-operated buses, which is really convenient for tourists like us. But since you can only buy a one-day pass, it would be even better if you could buy two-day and three-day passes! It would also be great if you could buy a package deal with the ropeway and Ferris wheel! Highly recommended, it's really convenient for exploring Yokohama!

I enjoyed Yokohama thanks to the Burari Ticket and am heading back. The bus was comfortable, and taking the Blue Line subway back to Yokohama was also great. I would definitely use it again without hesitation next time I visit.

Very convenient! I used the one-day ticket to visit the Red Brick Warehouse, Chinatown, and Sakuragicho. In addition to the subway, I also used the ticket to take the Red Shoes sightseeing bus, which can reach most of the attractions. It is very convenient. The only thing to note is that it cannot be used on the Minato Mirai Line! !

it’s pretty decent for the coverage. it could get confusing when you have jr station with the same name as the subway station (which this one covers). the staffs can help although not all of them can use English so a translator app is required.

Recommended and worth it. I tried to purchase physical ticket so individual ticket holder can flash the tix. But station was so hectic/crowded and I decided to purchase this instead. Luckily, it was really a right decision. Easy and no hassle, unlike some other reviews - based on our experience, all bus drivers and train staff seem familiar with this klook ticket and we had smooth public transport experience.

Easy to use, with access to the Big Bus Tours and the blue subway line. Overall a great experience, though seating may be limited during peak hours. Boarding at the front and exiting at the rear is a really nice feature.
