Bintan

Mangroveturen och eldflugturen var fantastiska från början till slut. Vi blev hämtade direkt från Natra Bintan Resort för båda turerna och skjutsade tillbaka efteråt, vilket gjorde allt smidigt och problemfritt. Ett stort tack till vår guide, Eddy, och båtkaptenen, Pak Ah Boon. Vi tyckte så mycket om dagsturen att vi var glada över att ha dem igen för eldflugturen! Deras skarpa ögon hjälpte oss att upptäcka silverlangurer (Lutung), en varan, mangrove- och gröna råttsnokar, en (stor!) kungsfiskare, skyttelfiskar och många krabbor och fiskar. Eddy var vänlig, kunnig och lärde oss så mycket om mangrovenes ekosystem, tidvatten, djurliv, nipapalmer och till och med hur naturligt rött färgämne tillverkades. Eldflugturen var magisk. Vi såg otaliga eldflugor, fångade försiktigt några innan vi släppte dem, och Eddy pekade till och med ut stjärnorna på den klara natthimlen. Vi älskade varje minut. Säkert, lärorikt och oförglömligt – rekommenderas varmt!

I carefully compared various products on Klook and decided on this one. I chose it because of the positive reviews from other users and the more economical price compared to other options, and it was a very satisfying tour! Our family of four, including two elementary school-aged children, participated, and it seems like it will be a great memory and valuable experience for the kids. Traveling through the mangrove forest by boat in the dark of night, and seeing fireflies in person for the first time, something I'd only heard about until adulthood, made it an even more special time. I was grateful that the guide caught fireflies and placed them in the children's hands, and moved us to several locations, even late at night, so we could see as many fireflies as possible. Additionally, the explanation about the fireflies' life cycle and characteristics was very informative. As it was our first tour, I was a bit flustered and forgot to give the guide a tip as a token of my appreciation (it's not mandatory), which was my only regret. I highly recommend this firefly tour to anyone considering it!!

Ou tour guide was Fendy. He spoke both good English and Chinese so communication was no issue at all. He arrived promptly at the hotel lobby to pick us up and greeted with a nice warm smile. We felt comfortable with him. The highlight for us was the fireflies tour. There were so many! We could even hold them in our hands. What an exciting adventure. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering.

Beautiful place and great hospitality from the staff. Expect a longer journey to the resort from the ferry terminal, and prepare more insect repellants for the mosquitoes in the outdoors.

Will definitely come back for another fun and relaxing getaway! We spent 4 nights there, the place is clean and beautiful, staffs are all friendly and helpful, good food variety and treasure bay is both calm and fun! Must try: Tentside BBQ, ATV, Waterpark 😍👍🏻 Easy to get around with buggy, and if you need to travel out of hotel, you can easily get a taxi with the hotel staff's help at lobby (Thanks Alfi!)

Great place to stay if you looking for an affordable price of villa

thank you so much Holiday Inn Bintan. We came with our small kids age 3-7yo for my husband’s birthday. From the jetty to reception the staffs were welcoming and the check-in process was smooth. We came early and we had fun at the Mangrove club house before check-in. We booked the pool-access room and it was worth the money. The kids had fun playing at the pool, water playground, mangrove club house and the outdoor playground. Special thanks to Miss Mondri for arranging a special surprise for my husband. They even went beyond to surprise us at our room with cakes and balloons. The breakfast spread was ok. The tomyam noodles was delicious and kids eat for free. The beach was nearby and it was a shared property with Indigo Hotel. The beach was clean and calm water suitable for kids to play and swim around. We managed to book a spa session. Thank you to Miss Khadijah for a warm welcome and the massage. The kids sure had so much fun at Holiday Inn Bintan. We cant wait to come back again.

from pick up till drop off, everything was excellent. Friendly and polite staff, always available to accommodate to our requests. Looking forward to returning soon.
