We had one of the best drivers during our trip. He was not only our driver but also our personal photographer, helping us capture many wonderful memories. Pak Budi was an extremely efficient, friendly, and professional driver throughout our trip. He even arrived 15 minutes earlier than our scheduled pick-up time, which we really appreciated. We simply gave him our itinerary, and he managed to fit everything into our 10-hour charter with excellent time management. We were able to visit all the tourist attractions we had planned around Bintan Island, and we even had time to spare for relaxed meal breaks without feeling rushed. His driving was safe, he was punctual, and he knew the island well, making the entire day smooth and enjoyable. We had a fantastic time exploring Bintan, and I would highly recommend Pak Budi to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient driver.

The driver Anto, arranged by the car rental company this time, was excellent. We departed from TMFT in Singapore and arrived at BBT in Indonesia half an hour early at around 08:20, and he was already waiting for us. Throughout the 8-hour day, he followed our planned itinerary, and he also helped make appropriate adjustments. For example, since the zoo wasn't open in the morning, he helped us change to the mangrove tour first, making the morning itinerary flow more smoothly. It was a perfect day. We will definitely choose a car rental again next time we go to Bintan Island!

We only stayed one night, but we're already planning to return for our next stay. All of the staff are wonderful, especially Arbin (I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly) at the bar. He is incredibly hospitable and polite. Also, Einstein at breakfast has a friendly smile that's perfect for the morning. Thank you very much for your kindness, and we'll see you soon. Breakfast: Excellent. Local ingredients and fruits. The taro latte was the best; I had a second helping.

We recently stayed here as a family with my husband and our 22-month-old toddler, and it was such a wonderful experience. The kids’ facilities were truly amazing — our little one had the best time! The kids’ club offered a wide range of engaging activities that kept our toddler happily entertained, and the water splash area was definitely a highlight. It was thoughtfully designed, safe, and so much fun for young children. What made our stay even more special was the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensured both parents and child had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to families with young children and look forward to coming back again

We spent 4 nights there, the place is clean and beautiful, staffs are all friendly and helpful, good food variety and treasure bay is both calm and fun! Must try: Tentside BBQ, ATV, Waterpark 😍👍🏻 Easy to get around with buggy, and if you need to travel out of hotel, you can easily get a taxi with the hotel staff's help at lobby (Thanks Alfi!)

We had a wonderful stay at Nirwana Resort Hotel. The resort has beautiful surroundings, a relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was amazing with plenty of delicious options to choose from. A great choice for a relaxing getaway in Bintan!
