Since it was summer in China, and very hot and humid, this tour is a must-have. It lessens the burden of transferring and reserving lunch and tickets. Michael, our guide, is very helpful. I will try this again in the winter.

A guided tour to Forbidden City & Tiananmen Square is highly recommended for tourists to avoid the disappointment of missing out. We went on a Saturday which is a very busy day. Our tour guide Neo made a very good job to make our experience awesome despite of the big crowd and heavy security.

I really enjoyed the entire tour experience, as our guide Allen was super cheerful despite us having to go through the tour on one of the hotter days in Beijing. I also got some really nice pictures and recommendations in the Forbidden City. On a side note, please come well prepared with good walking shoes, sunscreen, and a cap/umbrella if you're intending to do this tour during the summer months, as you'll spend at least 30 minutes going through the security check under the sun.

Our guide for this trip to the Palace Museum was Xiao Ran, who was very conscientious and responsible. She contacted us via WeChat a day in advance to confirm the next day's itinerary and provided detailed tips for the next day's meeting point. On the morning of the tour, it was raining in Beijing, and we barely made it to the Meridian Gate meeting point just in time. Xiao Ran was patient and didn't rush us, then began to count the number of people and distribute headphones. Because there are many stories and allusions behind each attraction in the Forbidden City, Guide Xiao Ran's explanations were witty and humorous, and she took care of every group member. It was especially great how she interacted with the children, even referencing content from school textbooks for various grades. At the end of the tour, she even prepared souvenirs for each family 👍. Service: Five-star service.

Easy to use and no need to print. At Universal Studios Beijing, you only need your passport or residence ID, and they will automatically recognize your face on every ride if you have an Express Pass. A must-have, easy to use, and redeem.

My friend was teary-eyed before and after because it was his dream to buy limited edition Popmart merchandise! He was more excited than the kids and other guests! He had so much fun, and as friends, we're happy for him.

The Summer Palace was even more amazing than I expected! The place is absolutely huge and incredibly beautiful. Our guide, Wendi, was fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. We also took a boat ride, and it was definitely worth it—it gave us a wonderful view of the palace and its surroundings. I was absolutely knackered by the end, but it was worth every step to visit such a beautiful and historic place.

The purchasing and admission process is so easy. We purchased the morning 8am-12pm session, part of our family entered the park at 10:30am with no wait and the other members entered at 12:30pm without issues also although website says to enter within specified time slot. All we needed was to scan our QR code, the staff did not check our passport. We took our time browsing the buildings and spent nearly 4 hours there. There was lots to see, the area is huge with lots of Greenspan, our legs had a workout but it was easy to walk. Lots of visitors at the park during the summer break but didn't feel crowded like the Forbidden City/Great Wall. Pricing on Klook is always the cheapest, we are very satisfied with the booking process overall.
