Além disso, a demonstração diária do relógio no Museu do Relógio é imperdível.

I highly recommend Teacher Xinyi! Five-star rating! This National Palace Museum guided tour experience was truly wonderful! The teacher's explanations were detailed and vivid throughout, meticulously introducing each key artifact and interspersing many interesting palace anecdotes, making the entire visit far from boring. Thanks to the teacher's sharing, I also learned that many plots in historical dramas actually differ significantly from real history, giving me a deeper understanding of the National Palace Museum and its history. The pace of the explanation was perfectly managed; it didn't rush the itinerary, nor did it overwhelm with too much information. Every key point was explained clearly and understandably, allowing one to truly calm down and appreciate the history and culture of the National Palace Museum. She is a very professional and rare, high-quality tour guide. After the tour, she also shared many photos of the National Palace Museum in different seasons, which made my husband and I even more excited to visit again in a different season. If I were to bring family or friends for a guided tour, I would definitely hope to encounter Teacher Xinyi again, and I would unhesitatingly recommend her to everyone around me!
This guided tour of the Forbidden City in Beijing was truly impressive, and I wished it could have gone on longer. Teacher Zhang's profound knowledge made the content not only rich and professional but also vivid. His explanations were clear and well-organized, delving into the history, architectural features, artifacts, and cultural background of the Forbidden City in an easy-to-understand manner, making the static ancient sites and relics come alive. The pace of the tour was smooth, and the content was wonderfully rich, not only enhancing our knowledge but also keeping us thoroughly engaged. It allowed us to more deeply appreciate the historical depth of Chinese culture and better understand the cultural value of the Forbidden City. Many thanks to Teacher Zhang for his dedicated and professional sharing, which made this trip to the Forbidden City incredibly rewarding and beneficial. It was truly a wonderful feast of knowledge and culture. "The teacher not only imparted knowledge but also guided us to appreciate the Forbidden City from different perspectives, making the entire visit full of inspiration and emotion." Truly a five-star review!
The entrance process was smooth despite the long line; it actually moved quite fast once they opened the door to the Forbidden City. It was lovely, but quite a lot of walking even before reaching the entrance.
I went in around 2pm from East gate to avoid the crowds. I should have alloted 4 hours or more to fully explore the area. There are several sections. It is best to book the Treasure Hall because it is less crowded and more opportunity for photo sessions. You can also rent traditional clothes near the East Gate before you start your trip and Exit at the East gate to return it. The Treasure Hall is also located at the East.
I had a wonderful time with my tour guide, Liu. It was so much fun! One thing to note about Klook tours in general is that the schedule might change the night before, so you should keep an eye out for updates.
It was fantastic. All the guys, especially Mr. Peter, were fantastic. He gave us so many details about everything in a fun way, keeping us entertained throughout the visit. I would strongly recommend you request Mr. Peter to be your guide when booking a visit on Klook for this site.
We really liked this tour. The booking process was easy to understand. Our guide, Maggie, communicated excellently (in English for me). Her historical storytelling was wonderful. Overall, we are pleased and enjoyed this tour.
I bought tickets in advance for myself and my partner. Booking was easy for us, and we just needed our passports to enter. Make sure your passport details are entered correctly. We booked the morning session and arrived at 8:45 AM to queue. We managed to enter the palace at 9:30 AM. Yes, it was 45 minutes of queuing time as April 4th was a Saturday and a Public Holiday. Security checks were necessary as we had bags. Those without bags who queued at the carry-on bags area moved faster. If you are not carrying any bags, queue at the carry-on bag area, as there is a separate queue closer to the entrance. This queue is faster than the original queuing area for those without bags. Overall, it was a good experience, but not the queuing 🤣 Some people just cut our queue and pretended nothing happened. The Clock and Watches Museum is good to see. We didn't have much time to go and queue for the Treasure Gallery as it was crowded as well. Oh well, we could see what's inside from the website. 🫰 Don't bring a selfie stick as there is a limit to its length. Good luck and have fun!
98% of the tourists are Chinese and it can get a bit rowdy. Best to book ahead of time and choose to go on a weekday. Went there on a Tuesday, afternoon and it only took me 15 mins to lineup at the security line.
