Flower is a very patient and good tour guide and gives very detailed explanations of both the East and West Sides of Mutianyu. We spent about 1 hour and 15 minutes on the East Side from Tower 6 to 4 and back to Tower 6 (including the chairlift up, queues were shorter around 9:30 AM on a weekday, and toboggan down). We spent 2 hours and 30 minutes on the West Side going up and down from Tower 14 to 20 and back to Tower 14 (each way took about 53 minutes, including a lot of photo taking). The cable car only took 3-4 minutes maximum. We then returned to the restaurant for a 30-minute lunch, just in time before departing at 2 PM+.

Amazing tour, efficient and well-planned, and the views of the Great Wall are spectacular. It really helps to be early to get those views without too many people. My tour guide was Michael, and he was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The Great Wall was beautiful. Flower was our guide; she was very helpful and truly went above and beyond to ensure we received all the correct information. She even called our hotel to check in with us. Once you arrive, it's a self-guided tour, so you can explore at your own pace. The pickup service is very convenient. We chose the lunch option, but I wouldn't recommend it because it's a fixed menu (we didn't like the orange sauce chicken flavor), and you don't get choices. Instead, I suggest ordering lunch at the restaurant on your own. I would recommend both the cable car and the toboggan! Everything was so much fun! We arrived very early, so we beat the crowds. We had an amazing experience visiting the Great Wall of China with our guide, Richard. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire tour enjoyable. Car was comfortable and clean. He recommended we leave heaps earlier to get to Great Wall to escape the crowds and it was the best idea. He shared fascinating history, answered all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

I had a fantastic experience on this trip. Everything went smoothly and on time. Initially, I thought traveling to the Great Wall would be difficult and chaotic, but it wasn't at all. Booking the trip through Klook was excellent, and our guide, Michael, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His explanations in both Chinese and English were fluent and easy to understand, and all the information he provided was clear. He gave great instructions on using the cable car and the sled, making the Great Wall experience for my family and me incredibly enjoyable. I booked a trip that included meals, and the food was delicious and the service was excellent. I was truly impressed.

Este plan es perfecto, el guía da la opción de pagar un adicional para subir a la cima en teleférico, pero en mi opinión no es necesario, con el plan inicial que ofrecen desde las sillas y bajando por el tobogán es suficiente, y hay mejores vistas en esa parte.

The tour was very well organized and went wonderfully. Despite long queues due to many people, we were very well on time. We had the all-inclusive package and were completely satisfied. The lunch afterwards was also excellent. We can recommend it to anyone who wants to see and feel the Great Wall of China without any stress or headaches.

The tour was excellent. Our guide Michael explained everything clearly. We chose the option with the cable car and toboggan. But if you want to walk the entire section, you will have to buy another cable car ticket for the other part of the wall. The total walking time on the wall was 3 hours. For those who want to go down by toboggan, you need to arrive at the exit early, as the queue is long.
