Joining this Mutianyu Great Wall group tour was one of the best decisions I made during my trip. From the moment we arrived at the meeting point till the end of the journey, our guide Kevin was outstanding. Kevin was organized, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared fascinating stories and historical insights about the Great Wall, making the trip much more meaningful than simply visiting a famous landmark. His instructions were clear and detailed, helping everyone understand the different routes and the best way to explore based on individual fitness levels and interests. He also assisted with cable car and chairlift ticket arrangements, making the entire process hassle-free. Overall, Kevin's professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care for his guests transformed a great sightseeing trip into a memorable experience. The whole trip was very well organized, from the meeting point to the transportation, which made everything smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to our guide, Jily, who truly made the day unforgettable. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the Great Wall and shared fascinating stories and insights that brought the site to life. Her explanations were clear, engaging, and easy to follow, which made the experience even more meaningful. Jily was also very helpful and attentive throughout the trip. She gave us great advice on which routes to take and how to make the most of our time on the Wall. On the way back, she went the extra mile by sharing useful tips and recommendations for visiting Beijing, which was really appreciated and helped us plan the rest of our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable experience!

Kevin is a knowledgeable guide who shared a lot of information about the Great Wall of China and the different routes we could take to visit the place. He is proficient in English and humorous, making the journey there less boring. There was a variety of food for lunch. Although it was a buffet, only tea was included. I hope they can include other drinks in the future. There are many buses returning to Beijing city after 3:30 PM. As long as they reach a certain number of passengers, they will send a bus to take us back. This is good because we don't have to wait for other people from our bus (as some may not spend as much time climbing the wall as others).

Pleasantly surprised by the quality! Well organized. Meeting point at a metro stop, then transport by coach. The guide explains the history of the wall, then precisely explains how to visit, which side, how to go up or down. Afterwards, he helps with paying for cable car or toboggan tickets at the official price. On site, he shows the Mubus buildings and gives instructions. We go up with another bus to the bottom of the wall before taking the cable car or walking. We walked a lot because we visited both sides, which is possible if you are athletic! Ascent by cable car on the east side up to n°2, descent by toboggan in the morning, ascent by cable car on the west side up to n°23, descent by cable car. We visited alone without the group. Then Mubus buffet: good. Plan to eat or take the buffet because you will starve. Kevin, a great guide, thank you!! The only small negative point is that it takes a bit of time to get there with the explanations and waiting for the group...

First, this is my second time booking a Chinese tour, but after checking in this time, I was again assigned to an English tour. The first time I booked this Klook Chinese tour was in March 2024, and I was also assigned to an English tour after checking in. At that time, they told me there was no Chinese tour and insisted I join the English tour. Since I couldn't adjust my subsequent itinerary, I had no choice but to go along and act as a translator for my family. This time, upon checking in, I was again told to report to the English tour. It was only after my insistence and the help of a guide named Xiao Zhou on-site that I was able to join the Chinese tour. Xiao Zhou's service was excellent, from introducing the history of the Great Wall and Beijing, all the way to how to best experience the Great Wall, including the advantages of the East and West lines and must-see attractions. Thanks to Xiao Zhou's introduction, we completed both the East and West lines in one go and had a super fun and exciting toboggan ride! And we effectively maximized our time – no need to return by the original vehicle; we could return to the Mutianyu Bus Tourist Center before 5 PM. For us, who have visited the Great Wall twice (and it might be the last time), it was truly a fantastic trip!! Thank you, Xiao Zhou, for helping us stay with the Chinese tour and for constantly appearing at the bus and attractions to guide us!! I highly recommend everyone to join Mutianyu Bus's activities!!! And Klook, please make sure to clarify the display of Chinese tours on the travel agency's side!

The tour guide gave us tips on how to maximize our time on the Great Wall. We initially wanted to focus on the East Route of the Mutianyu Great Wall. But after her suggestion, we did both the East and West route and even got back in time for a very sumptuous buffet lunch. She also helped to get tickets for the chair lift and toboggan ride. It was very well planned. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you Cici.

I honestly can’t imagine a better Great Wall experience than the one we had with Mubus and our fantastic guide, Jily! From start to finish, she was an absolute joy—knowledgeable, upbeat, and incredibly thoughtful. She helped us choose the West Section, and it was the best decision ever. We had stunning views, peaceful paths, and none of the usual chaos—just pure magic. What made Jily truly special was how she connected with us. She shared amazing stories about the wall’s history, from ancient battles to hidden secrets, making the walk feel like a living history lesson. She also took the time to answer every question with a smile and made sure our group stayed happy and comfortable the whole way. Big shoutout to Mubus as well—smooth pickup, comfy seats, and a lovely lounge with free tea and snacks before heading up. There were vegan options for lunch also. Everything was seamless Do yourself a favor: book Mubus, and if you're lucky enough to get Jily, you're in for an unforgettable day!

This is the best way to visit The Great Wall. I went with 10 family members (5 were elderly). The bus left a little late (10 minutes) because we were waiting for some participants, but that's okay. The bus is comfortable, the driver was good, and the tour guide Mike was very informative and fun! The journey was smooth, and everything was taken care of (the admission ticket, shuttle bus, and they also helped with cable car ticket booking). Mubus has a large building for participants and a restaurant for us to have lunch. We had 5 hours to explore and were allowed to come back and have lunch (if you paid for the lunch package). It was buffet style, and the food variety was amazing! Everyone agreed they loved the food. If you book this trip, you HAVE TO book the lunch! Worth every penny. It was a perfect day for us.
