Our guide for this trip to the Palace Museum was Xiao Ran, who was very conscientious and responsible. She contacted us via WeChat the day before to confirm the next day's itinerary and provided detailed tips for our meeting point. On the morning of the tour, it was raining in Beijing, and we barely made it to the Meridian Gate meeting point just in time. Xiao Ran was patient and didn't rush us, then she began counting heads and distributing headphones. There are many stories and historical allusions behind each attraction in the Forbidden City, and Guide Xiao Ran's explanations were engaging and humorous. She made sure to look after every member of the group, especially interacting with the children and even referencing content from their school textbooks, which was fantastic. At the end of the tour, she even prepared souvenirs for each family. Service: Five-star service.

Since it was Summer in China, and a very hot and humid, this tour is a must have. Lessening you the burden of tranferring and reserving lunch and tickets. Michael, our guide is very helpful. I will try this again in the Winter.

Easy to use and no need to print. Universal Studios Beijing just need your Passport or residence ID then they automatically face recognise you on every ride if you have express pass. Must have and easy to use and redeem.

my fried was teary eyed before and after because it was his dream to buy limited edition popmart merch! He was more excited than the kids and other guests! He had so much fun and as friends, we’re happy for him.

The Summer Palace was even more amazing than I expected! The place is absolutely huge and incredibly beautiful. Our guide, Wendi, was fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. We also took a boat ride, and it was definitely worth it—it gave us a wonderful view of the palace and its surroundings. I was absolutely knackered by the end, but it was worth every step to visit such a beautiful and historic place.

The purchasing and admission process is so easy. We purchased the morning 8am-12pm session, part of our family entered the park at 10:30am with no wait and the other members entered at 12:30pm without issues also although website says to enter within specified time slot. All we needed was to scan our QR code, the staff did not check our passport. We took our time browsing the buildings and spent nearly 4 hours there. There was lots to see, the area is huge with lots of Greenspan, our legs had a workout but it was easy to walk. Lots of visitors at the park during the summer break but didn't feel crowded like the Forbidden City/Great Wall. Pricing on Klook is always the cheapest, we are very satisfied with the booking process overall.

Quick responses from Klook. Worth for the price. I can literally explore both the north and south sides of the wall. I took the cable car near the high speed rail station, hiked downhill and climbed up to the south, took the tram back down.

Our tour guide, Xiaolu, was probably the best guide I've ever had! She possessed extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of the Forbidden City's layout and its many stories. As we walked, numerous visitors were drawn in by her explanations, and before they knew it, they were following our group. After touring the Forbidden City with her, I felt like I had taken a comprehensive history lesson. Her explanations were so vivid that I could visualize the scenes in my mind as I listened, imagining the lives of the emperors and concubines who lived in the Forbidden City over several centuries. I remembered that 24 emperors lived in the Forbidden City, the purpose of each area, and the unique aspects of Yanxi Palace. Thank you, Xiaolu, for making this trip so enriching! It's absolutely perfect for bringing children; they will definitely learn a lot!

Really enjoyed the whole tour experience, as our guide Allen was super cheerful despite us having to go through the tour on one of the hotter days in Beijing. Gotten really nice pictures and recommendations in the Forbidden City as well. Side note, please come well prepared with good walking shoes, sunscreen, cap/umbrella if you’re intending to do this tour during summer months as you’d spend at least 30 minutes going through the security check under the sun.
