Beijing Nanshan Ski Trip (Winter Limited December-March)

It was my first time and i had a good experience! thank you guide for helping me and mum throughout even though i don’t know much chinese hehe! fell twice! does who have time and first time its better to take a instructor! dun fall like me twice! self learnt hahaha. Till next time!

First of all, skiing is fun! we had an awesome time. The resort is also very friendly to beginners and kids. One big disappointment was the bus ride and our guide, Xiao Ran. She didn't want to wait for us because we were late, even though we were already at the designated station and were actively communicating with each other. Still, I respected her discipline, and we took the subway and taxi to meet her at the resort. HOWEVER, such time-discipline was not consistent. For our ride back, she was very generous in waiting for everyone else for more than half an hour. Not fair!

Xiao Ran, the team leader, was great, and the instructors taught very well. The guide was very meticulous and gave good instructions. The instructors were professional and able to cater to different learner needs.

The tour guide's explanation was detailed, and their voice was pleasant. We were very satisfied with the tour of the attractions, and we had a great time. It was well worth the trip. I asked twice in advance and was told that I could either leave my luggage in the tour bus or rent a locker at the ski resort. I don't understand why the tour guide, Cha Xiao P, insisted that I had to take it into the ski resort locker. The package I bought included ski clothing, but some people on the bus didn't have it included. There were actually two places on the bus to choose ski clothing. The tour guide's explanation was unclear. I've never seen such a terrible tour guide. She should have explained which tour members should get off at the ski clothing spot and choose their ski clothing, but she didn't do that at all, causing us to get off at the wrong stop, wasting an hour of our time.

The ski resort is great, and the tour guide is very patient. Thumbs up!

There are a lot of people inside, with instructors teaching students how to ski. Actually, they could use the far right slope, which would be safer. This experience was not great because there were too many people, and my family member even fell and got injured.
