My family and I were very satisfied with this trip. Our tour guide, Xiao Weng or Oscar, was very friendly and responsible. The driver was polite, and the car was comfortable and clean. The tour guide frequently checked the temperature in the car with everyone and interacted with the tourists. It's just a pity we came a bit early, and the flowers hadn't fully bloomed yet.

Victoria is very professional and kind, meticulously introducing and taking care of everyone throughout the trip. She even spotted us at Shikisai-no-Oka and specifically suggested we go play with the alpacas. It turns out they are really cute and love to eat. Lunch was also quite good; we even got to have a BBQ buffet. Adding kimchi to the BBQ meat and grilling it instantly turned it into Korean-style stir-fried meat 🤣. The food was fresh and delicious, and the skewers and pumpkin tempura were perfectly to my taste 😂. Regarding the all-you-can-eat melon, the melon was sweet and delicious, and it was available for unlimited consumption right from the start 🙈. Of course, I had a piece first as a base (haha) before starting the buffet. There was only one downside to the entire trip: sitting next to "Chinese people" on the bus. They are amazing, like "espresso," keeping you super energetic at all times because they can talk non-stop and loudly, preventing you from resting, rejuvenating, or getting your adrenaline pumping... Even when our guide Victoria was speaking, they had to talk at the same time. Sigh, indeed, wherever there are Chinese people, there's bad luck! I was that unlucky person! (っ ˃̣̣̥᷄︵˂̣̣̥᷅ )っ⁾⁾

Biei and Furano with the local guide ^^ The local guide's calm, kind, and heartfelt words and actions touched our hearts, brought us peace, and gave us joy. Thanks to this, our family made wonderful memories and had a delightful time. Local guide ^^ You're the best! We would love to tour with the local guide again on our next White Gringja Tour.

Our guide Victoria was really great, and impressed us by providing explanations in Japanese, Mandarin and English! Unfortunately this period in June is too early to see all the flowers blooming, but we were still able to see the lavenders. It was a lovely day trip despite the poor weather and definitely a good way to venture out of Sapporo without spending half the day on a train.

The itinerary is very well-arranged, making it very convenient for those who don't want to waste time and wish to visit famous Furano and Biei attractions in one day. Each location comes with detailed explanations and recommendations for what to eat, what to try, or the best photo spots. After a full day's tour, from Sapporo and back to the city center, there's still time to explore the city. It's a trip that doesn't waste any time at all! Highly recommended. The tour guide also sent a detailed schedule, location, and itinerary beforehand, so there's no need to worry about not finding the meeting point. If you're traveling independently to Hokkaido but don't have a car, this tour is highly recommended. You won't have to worry about transportation and can still enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hokkaido.

Our guide, Bibi, was very kind and explained everything well, even recommending shops in Susukino. It was a pleasant trip :)
