Although many flowers had not yet bloomed, tour guide Chen Ling explained everything meticulously and provided a lot of extra information, making the trip smooth and enjoyable.

The flower fields of Furano are breathtakingly beautiful, and the Blue Pond waterfall offers a unique spectacle. The timing was well-arranged, the journey was smooth, and the guide provided detailed explanations. Overall, a perfect experience!

Traveling to Hokkaido independently and joining a Klook tour is incredibly convenient. On June 19th, our guide, Mr. HIKARU, not only notified us the day before but also led the tour exceptionally well. He provided explanations in Chinese, English, and Japanese, making it suitable for participants from various countries. He introduced us to Biei, Furano, the Blue Pond, and Farm Tomita. When it unexpectedly rained in the afternoon at Farm Tomita, and we didn't have umbrellas, the guide even personally escorted each of us back to the car. He is truly an excellent guide with rich travel experience. A fantastic guide indeed.

Our experience with this tour was really great! We spent our last day in Hokkaido by booking this day trip to Furano and it was perfect. The flower farms wasn't in full bloom yet since it was still an early summer, nevertheless, we were able to enjoy the place. Also, our guide Rick was really kind and accommodating. We are definitely coming back here in Hokkaido!

非常感謝 Klook 提供這次北海道富良野一日遊的產品，讓我們有機會輕鬆欣賞美瑛青池、四季彩之丘及富田農場等著名景點。
老實說，在出發前其實有些不安。因為北海道並不是我們熟悉的地方，加上集合地點位於札幌車站附近，擔心自己會找不到集合點、找不到車輛，甚至錯過出發時間。畢竟旅行中最怕的就是一大早就發生狀況，影響整天的心情。
但讓我感到非常安心的是，客服團隊在出發前一天就主動聯繫我們，不但詳細說明集合地點與注意事項，還提前發送了當天的車牌號碼、車型、導遊資訊以及聯絡方式。原本心中的不安在出發前就已經被大幅消除，也讓我們對這趟旅程充滿期待。
當天抵達集合地點後，很快便完成報到並順利找到車輛。整個過程十分順暢，工作人員和導遊都非常親切，讓人感受到他們對旅客的重視。
行程中最令人印象深刻的是導遊的專業與細心。除了介紹景點特色之外，也非常照顧大家的情緒與旅遊體驗。長途車程時會適時與大家互動，分享北海道的文化、美食與有趣故事，讓車上的氣氛一直很輕鬆愉快。即使遇到景點人潮較多的情況，導遊也會耐心說明並協助大家調整節奏，讓整個團隊都能保持愉快的心情。
這趟旅程不只是看到了美麗的北海道風景，更感受到服務團隊的用心。從出發前主動解決旅客的不安，到旅途中細心照顧每位旅客的感受，都讓人留下深刻印象。
再次感謝 Klook 以及整個服務團隊，這是一趟令人安心、愉快且充滿美好回憶的旅程，值得推薦給每一位來北海道旅行的朋友。
